Nice hotel but focus is on the Michelin star restaurant so basics in the hotel are not up to scratch

A lovely looking hotel in a quiet countryside environment. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Cons:

It was very pricey. It feels like all the focus is on their Michelin star restaurant, and they have forgotten about the hotel. The room was hot, dark with low ceilings so felt cramped. The roof leaked. The shower leaked. There were no toiletries in the room so you couldn’t wash your hands.
