Parece más una pensión que un hotel de 4 estrellas. Las zonas comunes no están mal pero las habitaciones tienen que actualizarse, sobre todo el baño que tiene varias décadas. Además en la descripción ponía 4 camas en la habitación familiar cuando en realidad era una cama doble y sofá cama

L’accès depuis l’autoroute, l’accueil des équipes et petits déjeuner sympas.

Cons:

Le bâtiment est trop éclairé la nuit par des spots halogène sur puissant qui tape directement dans les chambres et empêche d’avoir la nuit noir dans la chambre. Dommage !

Lovely staff, otherwise very disappointing

The staff were lovely, reception was lovely too

Cons:

Cold shower, no heat at all, had to wash in the cold water. Shower had a leak, so the floor was flooded, had to put towels down. Room had a funny smell. Only 1 pillow each. Rooms are really dated looking. Dinner was expensive for what it was.

Over het algemeen heeft het hotel een zeer goede indruk achtergelaten — alles was geweldig! Het personeel, de netheid en de sfeer waren op een hoog niveau.

Cons:

Kleine minpunten: in de badkamer is de wastafel erg groot, waardoor er bijna geen ruimte is om toiletartikelen neer te leggen. Ook was de kamer vrij klein en ontbrak er een koffiezetapparaat.

Les lits et la grande télé

Cons:

Nous voyageons dans les Novotel depuis ... 40 ans ! Il y a TOUJOURS un frigo et un nécessaire thé/café ... sauf au Novotel Mâcon Nord où on a retiré non seulement le frigo mais aussi une des 2 table de nuit et lampe de chevet . Pour avoir un frigo vous devez prendre une chambre exécutive .On dirait aussi que dans ce type de chambre "classique" on place du vieux mobilier que je n'ai jamais vu ailleurs .Et quand j'ai ouvert un tiroir , j'y ai trouvé un vieux sac et une bouteille vide appartenant aux clients précédents , ce n'est pas ce que j'attends d'un Novotel !
