I have survived
Pros:

No possibility for breakfast, tea, water, etc.

Cons:

The building is delapidated and spooky. The problem with humidity, mold etc. It is not right to call it a hotel etc.

Pros:

The lady who cleaned the room was very friendly

Cons:

Lots. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. The rooms weren't made up at that time. I was told to return at 4:30. It is a very old house that is in need of serious renovation. Cash only payment. No internet and TV not working.

Cons:

There was noone to help - no reception, no single service staff. Entire facility was kept very messy. There was dirt and cobwebs everywhere. The entrance door was not locked at night - anyone from outside could enter the facility. Guests may feel unsafe

Pros:

well, the roof wasn't leaking, so that was good. not much else to say.

Cons:

well, no WI-FI as per the description, one receptionist, no parking, let me not start with the cleanness.
The shower was horrible, no shower head stand the water doesn't drain well, room wasn't cleaned.
overall, I am not sure if I even go back there..

Brilliant - excellent value for money.
Pros:

We are geoup of 4 bikers, travelling to the south of France. This place is a fantastic old buildings with character, rooms were big and clean (we've stayed in rooms 5 & 6). Check in was easy and staff was super friendly. This place is an excellent value for many for someone who is looking for a short overnight stay. Thank you.
Ps. Main road can be very busy, but rooms facing garden are very quiet.
