Hôtel & Lodges Moby Dick

La experiencia estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado para el precio. El aseo es deficiente y la habitación siempre fue hecha después de las 16:00, incluso sin reponer elementos básicos como papel higiénico. El aire acondicionado funciona pésimo.

El estacionamiento está lejos, no tiene espacios exclusivos para huéspedes, se comparte con el público de la playa y no existe ayuda con el equipaje. La atención en recepción fue poco empática y nada resolutiva.

El desayuno es deficiente, con moscas y abejas alrededor de los alimentos y un salón caluroso sin climatización adecuada. La playa, aunque bonita, tenía un fuerte olor a desagüe y estaba muy concurrida por público externo.

En general, se siente más como una hostería que como un hotel de esta categoría. Muy mala relación calidad-precio y definitivamente no volveríamos.

Cet hôtel n’a aucun service, personne ne vous adressera la parole pendant tout votre séjour… le chef a visiblement changé et les repas sont extrêmement basiques. Dommage, j’adorais cet hôtel.

Le restaurant n’est malheureusement pas du tout à la hauteur du lieu, qui est pourtant magnifique. La décoration sous la tonnelle manque également de standing : la guirlande lumineuse fait assez « kitsch », d’autant plus que la moitié des ampoules ne fonctionnent pas.
Le petit-déjeuner est lui aussi très décevant pour un établissement de ce niveau. Le café et le cappuccino sont difficilement buvables, et le jus de fruits, servi en brique, est particulièrement acide et de qualité très moyenne.
Dans l’ensemble, le cadre est exceptionnel, mais la restauration et certains détails de présentation ne sont clairement pas au niveau que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un tel établissement.

Parkeren heel onduidelijk en slecht nagenoeg geen plaats.
Ontbijt nog geen gekookt ei te verkrijgen slechte automaten koffie 10:00 afgeruimd en gesloten terwijl nog vol zat.
Dinner shifts van 19:00 tot 20:30 dan kom je om 19:00 en zijn ze nog niet klaar om te beginnen.

Kortom plaatjes schitterend prijs kwaliteit niet oké

L accès, la route est étroite, le monde, les parasols devant les transats, les ballades à cheval excréments ds l eau… l étang forte odeur. Les chambres sont vieillissantes.

On arrival it’s quite difficult to find the reception and therefore to get any help with the luggages. The breakfast is very good- with only some minor additions such as having a plate of cut vegetables (cucumbers and tomatoes or salad ) or better labelling of some of the foods (cereals , grains..,) it could be excellent!
In the Moby Dick parking it would be nice if there were some trees to shield the cars from the sun and heat (just a suggestion :)

The staff was not always helpful. Apart from a few exceptions, English was not widely spoken and there was not much effort to understand what we needed, so be prepared to be “patient”.

Beach towels are included, but you have to find them yourself and return them to the exact spot where you found them. Otherwise, you risk being charged €70 per towel.

Getting to the hotel is not particularly easy, especially with luggage, as there is no proper ramp (or proper “support”). Parking is included, but the parking area is not reserved for hotel guests, so if you leave at the wrong time, you may not find a space when you return.

Breakfast was also a bit challenging because there were a lot of bees around the buffet and tables. They are harmless and it is actually nice to see nature so close, but it doesn’t make for the most relaxing breakfast. You need to ask the staff for smoke or repellent to be able to eat in peace.
