Great staff and food! Would stay again!

The staff and food were excellent! Really made us feel welcome!

Cons:

Parking was a bit of a pain as it was busy but we arrived 7pm on a Saturday so to be expected!

Cons:

Alles sehr abgenutzt und runtergekommen, muffiger Geruch im Zimmer, die Möbel teilweise kaputt.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, vom Teppichboden braucht man nicht zu reden.

Die Zimmer wurden in den 3 Nächten nicht saubergemacht, einmal auf Nachfrage Tassen ausgetauscht und Mülleimer geleert.

Ein traditioneller Pub mit angeschlossenem Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal. Es ist ein altes Gebäude mit sehr steilem und engen Treppenhaus. Alles ist sauber. Die Ausstattung ist gut, zB Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen zum Benutzen.
Das Abendessen im Pub war traditionell und gut. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die "Chips" zum Steak.

Cons:

Es war sehr warm und die Heizung ließ sich nicht abstellen. Eine zweite Nachtischlampe wäre schön gewesen. Die Steckdosen waren hinter dem Sofa und etwas umständlich zu erreichen

The building itself had lots of character and staff were welcoming and helpful.
However the room was far too warm, the heating was on constant in our room which was not necessary.
Also the bathroom door did not close when needed.
It was however clean and in a good location for the Warner brothers studio tour

La posizione è perfetta per vedere gli studios di Harry Potter, lo staff al telefono è stato gentile lasciandoci fare un check-in tardivo

Cons:

Nonostante la dimensione del bagno, non c’era nemmeno un punto per appoggiare niente, nè per appendere gli asciugamani. Doveva esserci il phon in camera ma non c’era e non essendoci una reception 24h non è stato possibile chiederlo dato che siamo arrivate tardi e siamo andate via verso le 8. La colazione è dalle 9, un po’ tardi se si ha in programma di visitare i dintorni.

Pros:

I letti erano molto comodi, non siamo riusciti a far colazione perchè, essendo una birreria, il servizio iniziava dopo le 9.00 e noi dovevamo andar via prima. E' una struttura molto comoda per chi deve visitare gli studios di Harry Potter, raggiungibile in meno di 10 minuti con il taxi. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.

Fijn plekje om te overnachten voor of na een bezoek aan HP-studios.
Pros:

Een echte herberg, mooi gebouw, met terras in de tuin. Wel aan het spoor, maar goed geïsoleerd wat geluid betreft, in de kamer had je geen last daarvan en ook niet van de bezoekers van de pub beneden.
