No sound proof window. All street noise was in the room all of the pub signing… Room had this box in the wall (assuming it was a heater or pump) running with high noise - not able to sleep as it was super annoying…

Heerlijk als je midden in SoHo wilt verblijven.
Pros:

Ik had ontbijt geboekt maar dat blijkt bij aankomst een vorm van 'all in' te zijn. Daardoor kon ik onbeperkt drinken halen en in de middag kon ik een wijntje drinken waar een kaasplankje bij geserveerd. Ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar verzorgd.

De lift deed het niet (wat goed voor mijn conditie was).

On était bien sûr Londres mais pas dans le cagibi de chambre
Pros:

Cons:

Les chambres sont minuscules 9 m2
Bas sous plafond et Sans fenêtre
C’est vraiment un cagibi
L’ascenseur en panne tout le séjour
Menage fait un jour sur deux par souci d’écologie mais pas le prix lui 🤦‍♀️
Les escaliers servent de débarras avec les machines des clims
En cas d’incendie
cet établissement est un catastrophe
Nous n’avons pas aimé du tout

Location excellent. Theatre district, tons of great restaurants. Walkable. Easy tube access.
Pros:

There was an hour delay in getting our room ready, but they upgraded us to a bigger room. Very nice. The breakfast buffet is a good deal.

Cons:

The lift was broken, but that's nobody's fault.

Cons:

Upon arrival, I am told that the air conditioning in the room I had booked was not functioning and I am offered a free breakfast to induce me to accept taking the room without AC. Not a very pleasant welcome. I had to insist and finally got a room with a functioning AC. Another small surprise : the elevator was not functioning. Three flights of stairs with a suitcase - not pleasant.

Great location, decent value, very good staff but really cramped and noisy.

The location is excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

I knew the room would be ‘compact’ but it was really tight - I’m a very slight 5 foot and even I struggled to close the bathroom door whilst on the loo - it would be impossible for a bigger person. I was a single occupant in a double room and it still felt cramped.
The air conditioning wasn’t working and it was a heatwave - but the supplied fans did a reasonable job.
Given the location I suppose street noise was to be expected but it was very noisy.

Location. TV. Room Cleanliness. Pillows. Tea and coffee OK. Continental breakfast OK.
Emergency response excxellent.

Cons:

Size of the room. Could not access bed from both sides. Artificial light. Lighting around the mirror in the bathroom.
Kettle could not be filled from the bathroom basin. No fresh air as windows sealed.
