Pros:

Pros:

Clean large room. I found hard to check in but staffs supported me kindly.

Cons:

There are pubs round the hotel and people are so loud even during midnight. Sadly it was impossible to sleep well.

I have stayed many times at Z Hotels. This was the most disappointing period I have spent at a Z Ho
Pros:

The room was clean.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room had no window and I was not allowed an upgrade, as I had booked through Booking.com.
I am a member of Z Hotels, but, for the second time of trying to book through their website, I was told that there was a problem - hence I went to Booking.com.
The room was amazingly small.
The soap dispenser at the washbasin didn't function - the staff remedied this when I reported it.
A very strident alarm was sounded on Tuesday night as I was in bed - apparently it was a false alarm. Disturbing all the same.
On Wednesday morning the electricity supply in the room switched off. As there was no no natural light in the room (see above) I was expected to get ready in darkness.

I have stayed many times at Z Hotels. This was the most disappointing period I have spent at a Z Hotel.

Une petite chambre bien agencée et extrêmement bien située.
Pros:

C'est la 2e fois que je séjourne dans un établissement Z hotel et je suis à nouveau satisfaite. La localisation est parfaite, en plein coeur de Soho, à deux pas du quartier chinois et des théâtres du West end. J'ai réservé une chambre pour 1 personne et bien que petite, elle était bien agencée, confortable, propre et il y avait tout le nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour. C'est un bon rapport qualité/prix pour Londres qui est une ville où les logements sont globalement onéreux. J'ai apprécié le fait qu'il y ait des prises usb et une prise française dans ma chambre, en plus des prises anglaises habituelles.

Cons:

Le système d'alarme s'est déclenché à plusieurs reprises car les détecteurs de fumée sont sensibles à la vapeur d'eau chaude des douches. Il serait peut-être intéressant que l'hôtel notifie les hôtes de bien fermer les portes des salles de bain lors des douches. Je n'avais que de l'eau tiède le 1er matin mais je l'ai signifié à la réception et le problème ne s'est pas représenté.

Adorei a localização, ao pé do centro e de alguns teatros (preferência pessoal).
Na recepção foram sempre super simpáticos, tendo oferecido recomendações de sítios para tomar o pequeno almoço.
Para uma noite serviu perfeitamente, especialmente para uma viagem sozinha, a relação qualidade preço foi muito boa.

Great value - ticked all my boxes
Pros:

For the location its great value. All the important things are there. Good bed good shower . Tea and coffee making. Ok the room is small but why do i need a bigger one ? Much better than i expected

Cons:

Too warm - a/c didn’t work but there was a good fan .
