Great value for money in an excellent location.
Pros:

The room was extremely clean and comfortable, great shower and big TV and comfy bed. For a one night stay for a work trip the value was very good indeed. Cannot fault the room itself at all. I would definitely book again.

Cons:

My only criticism and it is not really the hotels fault, but the street noise is extremely loud. I would stay again but I would pack some good noise cancelling ear plugs if you want a good sleep.

Overall I had a pleasant stay I would definitely stay again but not for more than a couple of nights
Pros:

The staff were brilliant extremely helpful always smiling nothing too much trouble for them it was clean and the location is on the money

Cons:

The lack of space in the room having not enough space to put clothes or really move around the air con was hard to work out too

Even with glitches very nice hotel and helpful

Cons:

I am only righting this her because it was sorted very quickly. I checked in and the bathroom door was lodged in so couldn't use it but was fixed next day, AC wasn't working so did get very muggy even with the fan that was supplied

Great hotel I’d stay again if I wanted to be in this area
Pros:

The location is great, easy to walk to from Charing Cross, the hustle and bustle of Soho and walking distance to Covent Garden, theatre district and Oxford Street for shopping.

The rooms are compact. I chose a double with window. The air-con wasn’t working so I was offered a room with no windows and air-con as an alternative. I prefer a window.

I was travelling with a hold-all so it wasn’t a big problem, but if you have a suitcase, or two of you, I would recommend upgrading to a larger room. I’ve stayed in a queen size room at another Z hotel and the room size is much better.

Breakfast was nice, a simple selection and great coffee served in the cafe on the ground floor.

Staff are lovely, welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

The shower room and toilet is very compact. Being a wet room style water goes everywhere from using the hand basin or the shower. I had to use the spare towels to dry the floor and soak up lots of water.

Location is great if you don’t mind outside noise to the earlier hours in the morning.
