Pros:

Location and reception staff are amazing. Only good words to write about that. You are in the middle of the center, yet in a quite street. The reception people help you in any way they can. If you dont care about all other factors, this place is for you.

Cons:

The breakfast is very very poor. Old eggs (with colouring), old fruits, fruits from containers, things that make you wonder why its a 4-star place. The place where to have the breakfast was also in a cellar. Some renovation would have been on its place.

Great stay overall
Pros:

Great stay overall! The hotel is perfectly located, making it easy to explore the area. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was testy. The Staff were friendly. Strong WIFI. I would defenitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Pros:

Posizione molto buona e soprattutto strategica! Colazione okei, sala un po’ piccolina ma mai avuto problemi a trovare un tavolo per fare colazione in tranquillità. Staff tranquillo educato. Camera singola seppur piccola molto pulita, ordinata e con bollitore/caffè tisaneria incluse ecc. Vicino hai varie stazioni metro molto comode. (Russel square o Tottenham Court Road)

Cons:

Per essere la prima volta a Londra, tutto perfetto come location!
