Convenient for visiting London Zoo but the room was in poor condition.
Pros:

It was in a convenient location. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

A dirty towel left in the bathroom. Basin plug did not work. Soap dispenser was empty. The television did not work and staff could not fix it. The general condition of the room and premises was scruffy and in need of decoration. The window blind needed repairing. There was no fire exit information in the room.

Snoring from next door kept me up at night, otherwise fine place.

Avoid staying here
Pros:

The location is great with a few minutes walk to buses.

Cons:

It didn’t look like the photos. The shower blocked and overflowed. The radiator didn’t work for 2 days and I was freezing. Because there is no staff onsite, the issues didn’t get resolved immediately. It makes the whole experience of staying at the property negative. I would not recommend it to any one.

Arrive before 10pm!!

Cheap, functional, clean, comfortable

Cons:

Check in very difficult. I’ve stayed at many receptionless hotels but this one needs improvement. If you book it last minute and arrive after the pub closes at 10pm you will struggle to gain entry. The email with entry details arrives hours later, if at all. I’ve stayed here three times now and I would love to give them a better rating as it’s comfortable and the staff are great.

Cons:

Wooden sections protruding at foot of bed caused us to bump our legs on several occasions. Can these be dealt with please?
Bed was comfortable but mattress sagged a bit
May I suggest you amend your check in instructions - the front door was not obvious to find as it is not on Allitsen Road. It would be helpful to mention that it's connected with the New Inn and that the door is on Townshend Road.

Établissement à fuir – ne mérite absolument pas ses 3 étoiles

J’aurais aimé trouver un lieu propre, conforme à la description, avec un minimum de confort digne d’un 3 étoiles. Ce ne fut pas le cas.

Cons:

Hôtel sale, poussiéreux, délabré. Rien ne correspond aux photos du site : elles sont clairement trompeuses.
Chambre en mauvais état, équipements cassés, hygiène douteuse. Ce lieu n’a rien d’un 3 étoiles.

J’ai dû partir immédiatement et réserver ailleurs en urgence. Une vraie perte de temps et d’argent.
