Great value, clean hotel in London
Pros:

Good location (for me) as walkable from the office. Very well priced, clean and easy access.

Cons:

Small issue regards the payment process which was quickly answered.

the place is above a pub or something and they were partying very loudly until late at night.

There were no coat hangars in my room, and I travelled with a suit and overcoat. The TV didn't turn on, the bathroom sash window ratted in the wind, and the safe did not function, nor was it bolted to the floor.

Near to everything in St John’s Wood, comfy bed and all you needed for a restful stay

Prix attractif, les magasins de proximité, le quartier, le Wifi.

Cons:

Literie peu confortable (Sommier de mauvaise qualité), chambre ne correspond pas aux photos, la musique toute la nuit? Le shampoing non différencié du produit pour le corps, pas d'explication pour utiliser la télévision, Moquette vieille, meubles usés donc cela ne semblait pas très propre.

Uncomfortable and lacking general cleanliness

Not a lot. It was not as the pictures imply.

Cons:

It was untidy and tired. The bathroom had an awful smell of drains. The shower flooded after a minute of the shower running. The bedroom smelt strongly of dirty oil. The room had water stains on the walls from a previous leak, the walls had marks and exposed steelworks on the corners too. The room was patched up, unkempt and dirty. The bed was uncomfortable and cheap. I considered moving for the second night because I was so uncomfortable.

Convenient for visiting London Zoo but the room was in poor condition.

It was in a convenient location. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

A dirty towel left in the bathroom. Basin plug did not work. Soap dispenser was empty. The television did not work and staff could not fix it. The general condition of the room and premises was scruffy and in need of decoration. The window blind needed repairing. There was no fire exit information in the room.
