Ground floor room which was adjustant to the road which was slightly noisy.

Er waren veel dingen die concurreren voor de plek wat het meest beviel: het personeel was uitermate hulpvaardig en vriendelijk, de locatie was geweldig en de kame was zalig!
Het enige wat een beetje tegenviel was dat er geen deur was naar toilet/douche. Er zijn grenzen aan wat ik van mijn partner wil horen haha! Oh en misschien waren er net iets teveel lichtknopjes, maar dat is echt minimaal ongemak. We waren supertevreden!

Bed was smaller than I thought and view from window against a wall however one night it was fine
It's a lovely boutique hotel in a great location.
There was a bad leak from the room above into our room, which meant we couldnt stay there. The hotel was full so we would have to be moved to another hotel. However, we had chosen this hotel due to its proximity to TheCity Rooms, where we were attending a ball. The hotel offered was further away and we would need to pay for taxis. We did not have time to pack and move to the new hotel (an Uber was offered to take us there) before the ball, so the staff member said we could move afterwards - this would have been after 1am. Fortunately, after a couple of calls, we arranged alternative accommodation and the cost of our room was refunded. It was quite stressful at the time as I was on the organising committee for the Ball so I needed to be there before and after the ball. We were disappointed not to be able to stay at the hotel. Apart from arranging a room at another hotel, there was nothing else offered as compensation for the great inconvenience and stress caused.
