Pros:

Excellent price and location. Great shower. Very clean. Complementary water and great coffee maker.

Cons:

A small niggle was the fact that some of the light bulbs were not working on the main chandelier. Also the light switches are a bit confusing, but that is just a bit picky.

Fabulous hotel
Pros:

Perfect location, lovely hotel. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

Would have preferred to have breakfast at the hotel, and a bar available. Did know this before we booked so it wasn't a surprise.

One of the best rooms I have stayed in, loved it!
Pros:

The lovely staff, being upgraded, the amazing room, the very clean and classy deco, the bed, the lovely soft dressing gowns, the parking which is easy to find and use. Feeling very safe. The location next to the cathedral. Simply one of the best rooms that I have stayed in.

Cons:

The pillows are a too hard, which is strange because the bed is very comfortable, not having breakfast, an option of having a hamper would work and be better. On the second day I did not have time go out before leaving for work so did not eat all day. The paper work needs up dating too, the information sent to guests in advance was quite off putting and also not accurate. The grey file in the rooms is also wrong, the file says the cathedral cafe opens at 8, when it opens at 8.30

Pros:

Great space in the accommodation, excellent bathroom and facilities. Parking on site amd great central location.

Cons:

For two people, beds are on the small size. Could have easily fitted something slightly bigger in there. Heating also left on full on arrival so room was a sauna, just about cooled down by evening.

Perfect location for everything
Pros:

Love this place but our room this time was a little on the small side - 105 (used to a bigger room), and my wife was working from there, my fault for booking but the room was still just as nice.
The bathroom towels are large and luxurious.

Cons:

Not enough biscuits lol

Good and not so good.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and it was very clean. The car park being free and so close was great.

Cons:

The room was very bright through the night as the curtains didn't shut out the street light, the door let in the light from the hallway and there is a green safety light on. The water pressure is too strong in the shower and you can't get hot water without turning it on to almost full pressure, which is too strong to use on face and hair. We were on the ground floor and there were a lot of banging doors and noise from upstairs through the night and early morning.

A hidden gem right in the heart of the city
Pros:

St Martin's Lodge has been beautifully renovated. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Parking is available and is included in the cost. Great location in a quiet area of Old Town, with all city facilities in close proximity. The Cathedral and Richard III centre are less than 1 minute walk away

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a breakfast option, but I can understand why it isn't provided. Teas, coffees and water are provided in the room. Besides there are numerous places close by to but breakfast. We enjoyed Holly's Cafe close by

Pros:

This is a true gem. I chose the lodge for it's location as we were going to visit the King Richard III centre so had only the photos and reviews to guide me and I'm so glad I went for it! Check in was a little tricky to find but once we navgated the church square,as we had arrived in the evening it was harder to work out where we where headed.
The rooms were gorgeous the thoughtful welcome tray and the beautiful building made our night. We were able to find a fantastic restaurant for dinner and the cafe recommendations for breakfast the Kai cafe was perfect.
If we return to Leicester ( maybe with our 1 year tickets to the museum) we will stay again.

Cons:

nothing

Great location
Pros:

Lovely, cosy room in a perfect location for events in Leicester City Centre. Nice touch of the welcome tray and a very comfy bed.

Cons:

We didn't book an accessible room yet was assigned one. The sink was just too low, the shower handles too low, and the wet room splashed water all over the floor.

Perhaps ask guests if they want an accessible room before booking them in.
