Another amazing stay!
Pros:

Another fantastic stay at this exceptional place. The location is perfect for the Curve Theatre and City Centre. Highly recommend Merchant of Venice for breakfast, just 3 min walk. As usual the standards and cleanliness of St. Martins Lodge were maintained. The only place we stay in Leicester!

Cons:

Nothing! As usual everything was perfect.

Couples night away, great room and location.
Pros:

Superb location overlooking the Cathedral. The Suite was exceptional, great shower with roll-top bath, bed was huge and comfortable.

Cons:

Curtains don’t quite block all the window up, the edges still let in a lot of light as they are floor to ceiling in length.

Inconsiderate customers
Pros:

We have stayed in this hotel several times and have never had an issue. It's clean, close to city centre and I would recommend it to anyone.

Cons:

There were 2 young couples that decided to have a chat whilst sitting on the cars just outside of our room at 4am on the Sunday morning.
I had requested a quiet room which we didn't get.
When my husband politely asked if they could take their conversation elsewhere as we had a 5 hour drive that day. They did move on but slammed doors and talked loudly to each other for another hour.
At 5pm, I called the concierge that came to have a work, it went quiet for 5 minutes, then the banging of doors continued till 6am.
When I mentioned to the reception on checking out, they had no knowledge of the disturbance .
I have several more trips booked in this hotel and im seriously wondering if I should cancel.
