The hotel and room were immaculate. The style of the room a little dated, but exceptionally well kept, clean and spacious, with a large comfortable bed. I didn't eat in the hotel but did have a bit of food envy watching 2 guys tuck into tasty looking and well portioned Steak and Chips.
No complaints at all.
Beautiful gardens
Decor in keeping with traditional
Comfortable beds
Nice big rooms
Couldn’t figure out the heating so was a little hot
First impressions when checking in as reception staff was on the phone and not even a nod of acknowledgement
Friendly professional, good service
Spacious bedroom. Friendly staff and good breakfast
Convenient from motorway and free parking.
Dinner was good.
Hotel is tired and our "de luxe room number 12 was poor as was just an oversized disabled room and no safe for valuables provided. The old trouser press lining was disintegrating. The shower/lavatory smelt of urine.
We did not get a table in the restaurant as there was a wedding using it.
ROOM RATE IS OVERPRICED AT 195.00 AND DID NOT INCLUDE BREAKFAST.
WE COULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
The atmosphere was amazing so friendly , decorated beautifully
Location was good, out side was lovely. The staff were lovely and helpful. The evening meal was lovely, breakfast was ok.
The place was dated and that is a shame. With a little modernising, of what we saw, it would look so much better. We had no tea and coffee facilities in the room.
Rooms were dated and do not allow business activity to be conducted in the room, no desk and suitable chair.
What a beautiful hotel - great staff friendly and helpful - food was beautiful and served hot - good choice of meals - room was excellent big roomy and warm
Nothing
Good all round experience.
Lovely hotel. Close to shopping mall. Nice quiet rooms. Staff were all very friendly
Lovely hotel. We had a great meal and a chilled evening in the bar. Bed was comfy and we had a fab night sleep. Breakfast was plentiful with enough choice not to be over whelmed.
