I enjoyed my stay. I didn’t need earplugs for noise from the venue, that wasn’t a problem, just the just the noise outsi
Pros:

It’s position in Chichester.

Cons:

Outside noise just below my window early hours of the morning 3-6am. Men outside talking loudly, sounded like they were loading a van on the first morning Tuesday. The second day Wednesday sounded like glass bottles being emptied into a dustbin lorry just below my window.

Party Noise untill about 4am almost no sleep
Pros:

Location was good , in the middle of town. Car parking behind was a little difficult to find, good breakfast

Cons:

excessive late night noise I expect some noise from a town center pub but loud music until 3am and then talking and laughter until about four am right under my room

Excellent stay including a train trip to Ford for a river walk to Arundel and its castle.
Pros:

Room a good size. Breakfast had plenty of options. Very close to the station and the centre of town, the cathedral with it's lovely coffee shop and peregrine falcons in the tower viewed from the lawns.

Cons:

They provided useless earplugs for the Thursday night rave (until 3am). I would advise taking superior boots earplugs (£10) to reduce the noise enough to sleep.

Very satisfied, comfortable and fun.
Pros:

Breakfast was good quality, and well presented.
A good atmosphere good clean and tidy rooms, the shower actually worked properly ( this isn't always the case in other places I've stayed in Chichester.)

Would happily stay again if it wasn’t so noisy.
Pros:

Staff were excellent, the room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. A much better breakfast than I was expecting too.

Cons:

It is a great location on paper but only yards from an incredibly noisy late night pub/club and even with the window shut and earplugs it was still possible to hear loud music until 3am!

Good, comfortable, safe location near theatre and station
Pros:

Excellent location for the Festival Theatre and the station. Room was large, comfortable and had a good bed and shower. Biscuits, tea/coffee and cans of still water in the room and a good breakfast downstairs of cereal, juice, pastries and extensive cooked options. Helpful staff on reception and security guards outside late night so felt safe coming back after the theatre.

Cons:

Sometimes there are live music or DJ nights in bar downstairs but ear plugs are provided the room and the street is noisier than inside. So sleep wasn’t affected.

Good.
Pros:

Good location though initially hard to find Comfortable room with lovely soft quilt cover. Nice bathroom.

Cons:

Stairs to the rooms quite challenging with heavy luggage. Couldn’t see out of window in my room. TV randomly switched itself on on its own several times during the night with me being nowhere near the controls. I think the room had a friendly ghost that liked to play tricks on the guests. Nice selection of teas coffees and biscuits and water provided. Breakfast nice too.
