Pros:

Good location

Cons:

No staff on site.
Did not have the access details to gain entry to properly, and difficult to get.
Rooms very small, not good value for money.

Would definitely stay at the hotel again if visiting the area again in the future.
Pros:

Location was a short walk from the village centre where there was a good array of eating places, coffee shops etc. The ability to park right outside the room was a bonus, The Victoria room was beautifully arranged, really clean and welcoming, The bed was extremely comfortable. There was a quality range of toiletries available, Getting into the room was easy and straightforward and the idea of the honesty bar is really appreciated.

Cons:

The coffee maker didn't work properly and the instructions weren't much help.

Comfy room, great location
Pros:

Room excellent, location central

Cons:

Communications a little unclear, so we didnt get access info until we arrived. Didnt realise no breakfast offered (my error), fortunately there were options close by.

The aircon was on 16c when we arrived - room was icy. We come from tropical Mauritus where we never drop our aircon below 22c even on the hottest days. Normally we are on 23 - 24c.

To save you energy costs, may we suggest that you set the room aircon at 23c and leave the visitors to drop it further, if they wish.

A quirky stay in a lovely area.
Pros:

There was no breakfast! This was not an "hotel " in the normal sense in that there was no breakfast option nor staff. Liked the terrace area and bar - but should have been a wet bar. Reserved parking good.

Cons:

Showroom/WC was small! Smallest washbasin imaginable. Shower cubicle not spacious.
Limited clothes storage if staying more than a couple of day. Most of all I disliked Booking.com charging me twice.

Wouldn’t recommend
Pros:

Location was fab

Cons:

Worst room ever, door was open no lock from the inside only outside so very unsafe. Pictures on app is different from what we got - no staff air b&b vibe not happy at all plus it’s over price for what it is

Good for an overnight stay.
Pros:

Clean and great beds so slept well.
Great to have a shared fridge for morning coffee
Didn’t use the bar but great selection of drinks and mixers with an honesty box system.

Cons:

Hot tub and cover were tired but worked ok
Location, we felt was, not quite as described; a little further out of town than expected and next door to a petrol station. However I guess we could have checked on a map and location makes sense being a station house.

Modern, clean rooms with lovely outdoor area and an honesty bar 😊
Pros:

Lovely property with quirky additions!!! The converted railway carriage, on tracks, was great. The room was small (Waterloo) but did have everything you would need and was exceptionally clean. Very modern en suite too. The honesty bar was great and the communal outdoor area was fab especially as the weather was sunny it was a real sun spot. The lady who runs the property was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Everything was good 👍🏻

Pros:

This was a lovely little find. Quiet, clean, comfy, with the added bonus of the private hot tub.

Cons:

There was a not so pleasant smell coming from our bathroom! It did spoil it, as it was overpowering but it was to late for us to look elsewhere as it was my birthday and we were beyond the cancellation :(

Comfortable and friendly stay - perfect for easy walk into village.
Pros:

Nice welcoming atmosphere - honesty bar nice touch and the garden in the hot weather for somewhere to sit was very welcome

Cons:

I booked it because there was an EV charger - its pretty remote and we have a EV unfortunately one of the other guests wasn't very helpful and hogged the charger which resulted in not being able to charge the car - as more people drive EVs more than one charger would be nice and if that cannot be provided a note pointing us in the right direction for a speedy charger would be nice - we learnt ( alittle too late) that there are fast chargers at the Wite Horse in Brancaster Staithe worth noting.

Pros:

Comfortable and good facilities, quite expensive for the size of room.

Cons:

Hot tub was additional price and quite pricey £30 for the evening. Smell coming from the en-suite and rattling noise.
