Lovely place in the centre of Peebles, staff and breakfast were exceptional.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, I couldn’t check in until about 10pm but they were still able to help out. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice. There’s also a bar, and the breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

It might have just been the location of my room but it was quite noisy until late on, I’d recommend earplugs if that bothers you.

Very Dog-Friendly
