Pros:

Bedding was clean and the bathroom spacious

Cons:

Couldn't find reception when we first arrived, I was wondering around downstairs until I bumped in to someone. Then when it came time to leave i had the same problem handing the key back. The beds were really uncomfortable.

We had a lovely few days in this friendly family run hotel, great welcome and lovely food.
Pros:

Food generally excellent, breakfasts very good and my scrambled eggs on toast delicious. Service was very good and when we realised family room was in the attic we were immediately offereda change of room which we accepted. NB this was not stated on booking.com when I made the booking.

Good hotel, great location and value for money
Pros:

Great location in town lovely staff and nice bar that serves good food at reasonable prices, will stay again if I am back in Peebles

Cons:

Family room access up tight staircase might be a challenge for some less mobile people

Excellent and very confortabke
Pros:

When we arrived at the hotel the member who greeted us staff recognised that we were both disabled. She immediately changed our room to one on the ground floor. Throughout we were met with kindness courtesy and civility. The staff are a credit to the Hotel. We certainly look for ro returning in the future. ps The food is great!
