Friendly and welcoming staff. Great location.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The windows were open and there was fresh air throughout. The rooms and showers were very clean. We had a very nice breakfast.

Cons:

The single room (9) was very small and there was no room for a bedside table. It was not as comfortable as room (3) which was very spacious.

Great location, good price considering it was mothers day weekend and free parking
Pros:

Location excellent. Price excellent. Parking excellent. Check-in excellent. Nice gift as it was my birthday. Mirror was placed in an ok place. Bathroom was a good size and loads of natural light.

Cons:

Decor on the inside was ok, better choices could have been made. no full length mirror. Breakfast was included so i’m grateful for the selection but then I went out for a better start to the day as there were no cooked options except toast and boiled eggs, again good for the price. Not that clean, radiator was dirty, hairs in the bathroom and carpet was dodgy, curtains proper budget and let in dawn daylight. The hotel probably accepts people who need to be put up by the council or public services its borderline bnb. The shower unit is one i’ve only seen in the cheapest rental properties that my uni friends rented in East London and the shower hose had orange limescale. I wasnt there to chill but the TV was tiny and should have been placed where the mirror was.

Great location, great room
Pros:

Location was perfect for Beckenham Park, where I had an event. The room was very comfortable, good bed, nice bathroom. Continental breakfast was nice. Easy car park.

Perfect for what I needed as the last minute booking

That it was available at the last minute , a booking
It's location to the train station.And the event I was attending that evening
And the price I paid, including a continental breakfast. parking on site if I had driven

Cons:

The shower was cold, but later, a member of staff showed what I might have been able to do to get warm, but I was already checking
