Extremely comfortable and fabulous stay! Definitely recommended.
Pros:

Lovely family orientated property. Rooms are very cozy and the decor is simple and clean. I travelled on my own with two children at 10 and a 17-year-old and we shared a family bedroom and we had ample of space if anything may be slightly bigger a TV on the wall would be much appreciated.. location was fantastic just two minutes walk to Beckham Junction which took us directly into London Central within 20 minutes on the train. Plenty of shops nearby with big massive Waitrose and also so lovely eateries and pups beautiful park for a family walk. The breakfast at the property was continental style breakfast with hot boiled eggs. It was very delicious and the staff couldn’t do more for you lovely fresh beans to cup coffee plenty of yoghurt and snack for the children. Maybe a bit more fresh fruit apart from apples and tangerines would be appreciated.. overall a fantastic short weekend break in London with a lovely comfortable room delicious breakfast set us up for the day the staff were fantastic and even though we had to check out out of the room by 11 o’clock on Sunday we could’ve used the car park which is secure private car park for the whole day. It truly was amazing and I would definitely be coming back to this place.. the owner should be very proud

More B&B than Hotel
Pros:

Location, close to the town facilities. Car parking was good.

Cons:

On booking i requested a ground floor room that was confirmed by the hotel. On arrival we were allocated a first floor room that my wife had difficulty climbing the two flights of stairs due to mobility issues. Stayed 3 nights, first morning we declined our room maintenance ( although one of the bath towels disappeared and was not replaced) and our room was not serviced the following days. Shower tray was slippery and did not feel safe.

Attention to detail was lacking
Pros:

Location, good sized family room. Great selection of continental breakfast. Safe and secure.

Cons:

The room had plaster and paint peeling. Doors had been knocked and had paint scratches. The carpets were stained and not cleaned. Bedding had an oil stain, which was covered over by the towels. No black out curtains. It's a shame that attention to detail was missing which could easily be corrected. Room 6

Excellent value for money simple no fuss hotel.
Pros:

Location was spot on for me, short distance to Crystal Palace training ground and near the cross for food

Piacevole quartiere nella periferia di Londra
Pros:

Ottimo compromesso. Hotel situato in zona 4...
Ci si può arrivare con due linee del treno. Una ti porta a due minuti una a dodici minuti a piedi.
I treni li puoi prendere da Victoria station, London Bridge o Waterloo. (25 minuti) e sono molte volte più comodi e veloci degli autobus.
La stanza, la 6, era spaziosa e luminosa,dava sul giardino.
Il bagno comodo con una bella doccia con il box.
Letti e cuscini comodi.
Il personale disponibile e attento alle richieste, eventualmente ha utilizzato il traduttore.
Ci sono una 15ina di stanze, (solo una parte dello stabile nella foto).

Adeguato alle nostre esigenze.

Cons:

La colazione minimal è compresa nel prezzo. Tra le pietanze da salvare, lo yogurt / i succhi / la frutta e la macchina del caffè/ cappuccino con il caffè Lavazza.
La parte dolce prevedeva fra le altre cose merendine industriali confezionate e quella salata del pane tostato e fette di formaggio e prosciutto cotto e solo uova sode, niente frittata o wurstel o salsicce o la classica varietà del breakfast continentale... Insufficiente per lo standard italiano...
Reception situata in uno sgabuzzino ma è servita alla fine solo per la consegna delle chiavi della camera

Good value for money
Pros:

The staff were very nice and welcoming. I was traveling alone and they spent time chatting with me. Very kind. The room was very clean and beds very comfortable plenty of good pillows. Bathroom and shower were clean but could do with a refresh.

Cons:

I was in twin in basement. Very noisy when other guests arriving /returning at night. The doors slammed when closed and woke me up several times. Also the bathroom extraction fans are very loud and need to be replaced. Shower needed retiling. But otherwise very comfortable.
