Super stay in this friendly hotel. Staff are lovely, room was comfortable and very clean. Lovely garden too.

Pros:

goed location and very friendly stuff , breakfast is also nice and possibility to seat in nice garden

Cons:

rooms on the topflor under the roof with 30C outside and no airo are the hell even with two available ventilators

We had a perfect stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The room was lovely, clean, and well maintained. It was also spacious enough for the two of us and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The location was excellent, with both bus stops and the train station just a 5-minute walk away. There were also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and grocery shops nearby, making it very convenient.

All of the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. A special thank you to Fahim, who always responded to our messages almost instantly whenever we needed anything, such as an extra fan for our room. He also went above and beyond when I accidentally left my passport behind after checking out. The team was so helpful, and thanks to their support, everything worked out perfectly in the end. I truly can’t thank them enough for their kindness and exceptional service.

We had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again!

Pros:

Good location, short walk to the main line station and tram stop. Close to all bars and restaurants. Off street parking. Good continental breakfast. Nice garden at the back. Room was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Good value for the money I paid.

Lovely staff. More attention to detail needed for better experience

Staff were so helpful and accommodating. Especially as they worked through my late night check in time before my arrival

Cons:

The room had a spider and a wasp in. Also I couldn’t lock the windows, which had an easily accessible flat roof outside. This was difficult to deal with at 11pm after a very long day. Also the fan was inadequate for the heat and meant I only had 2hrs sleep. Also when you flush the toilet it runs for about 3 mins after, and loudly.

Pros:

It's set back from the road so traffic did not annoy. We were allowed an early check in with no fuss. The staff members we encountered were pleasant and accommodating.

Cons:

My only gripe is that our room was at the top of the house so the stairs climb could be challenging for someone who was not totally mobile

Pros:

On s'est fait attribuer une chambre sous le toit en pleine canicule, avec 2 ventilateurs portables pour faire face. Très pénible le jour comme la nuit. Au milieu de notre séjour, l'hôtel nous a proposé deux autres chambres situées plus bas au choix, on a pris celle du sous-sol et c'était parfait à partir de ce moment-là. Merci à eux pour leurs souplesse et adaptabilité.

Staff were friendly, and checked to see if you needed anything.
Pros:

Continental breakfast as advertised.
Only hot food was boiled eggs and toast. Which I enjoyed.
Fruit, yogurts, cereals, juices, coffee machine and tea.

Cons:

It was quite hot when we was there, so maybe a little fridge in the room, so we could keep our drinks in.
But nothing else I could fault

Good value for money and nice location
Pros:

Overall clean and spacious rooms. Very nice garden as well

Cons:

Probably the fitted carpet was recently put in place, it was so thick i had to bang the door very hard to open the door each time. That i found pretty unacceptable that is left unattended, it literally makes the entrance and exit of the room a painful experience even physically
