Pros:

Delicious breakfast, served by really attentive, friendly staff. The perfect end to a trip to the highlands. Brilliant location in the heart of glasgow with some great restaurants nearby and the free access to the national piping centres museum was an extra bonus! Highly recommend a stay.

Pros:

The hotel’s location and the staff’s attitude were excellent.

Cons:

I think the lack of parking, the small room size, and the need for more attention to cleanliness could be improved.

Pros:

The staff were very welcoming, explained entry/exit/fire procedures etc.
The bed was very comfortable.
I liked the choice of breakfast- my husband had the full Scottish (and cleared his plate) and I had Eggs Hebridean.an added bonus for me was the sounds of the bagpipes from next door!

Cons:

There was a noise in the room which I initially thought was coming from the radiator so I switched it off during the night. However, the sound (which wasn't horrendous, it didnt disturb my husband's sleep) continued. Can't figure out where it came from. Room 7.
