Nothing!!
Liked the welcome drink and shortbread and very good breakfast.
Staff are so friendly and helpful fantastic breakfast
A great stay on top of Hope street at a friendly and cozy hotel, with walking distance to the many sites and a highly recommendable Scottish restaurant nearby. The breakfast was delicious, not to forget the welcome drink.
All staff were amazing, room was fantastic and breakfast brilliant. Fantastic
Absolutely nothing
The staff were absolutely lovely and one of the highlights was receiving a birthday card from the hotel. Cozy room and great food! 10/10 would definitely come back :)
Such a lovely warm welcome perfect location to city centre room was really clean and beds were so comfy had a great nights sleep
There is nothing to dislike
Everything; clean, very comfy bed, staff lovely, breakfast brill and I love the wee dram on arrival!
Thank you!
Nothing!
It was clean and quiet, staff were pleasant and welcoming. I would recommend it.
The door let a lot of light in from the corridor which meant the room was not dark.
Breakfast starts at 8am which is probably not good for business travelers - far too late for me
Decor, atmosphere, staff, food, room, everything was immaculate and staff were so friendly and helpful . I paid £77 pound for 2 people . Such great value and service . So good we are booking again
Not a thing
Great location - breakfast was lovely and the staff was super helpful!
Walks were a little thin.
Lovely little hotel in easy walking distance of bus station and city centre shops. Very welcoming staff and my room was lovely and comfortable. Spotlessly clean and complementary tea, coffee and biscuits. Fabulous cooked breakfast and staff were so attentive and friendly and polite.
Not entirely the fault of the property but my room was at the front of the hotel and there was quite a lot of street noise. There was major construction work taking place on the roads and pavements and I could hear rumbling noise all night (may have been a generator), I did have the window slightly open so that probably didn’t help. Only other thing I would add is that my shower wasn’t great, quite low water pressure but I have had worse. Not a huge problem.
