Cozy small hotel with amazing breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. It would've come to £20 somewhere else but it was included here, meaning the room was super good value-for-money. The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome.

Cons:

I guess I would've expected a smart tv as I couldn't watch Netflix - and the view from the room was quite miserable (a dodgy alley).

Accoglienza calda e familiare. Albergo piccolo ma curato, in puro arredamento scozzese. Molto pulito e personale molto cortese. Posizione eccellente sia per un giro in centro sia per andare in aeroporto. Noi avevamo la macchina e non abbiamo avuto difficoltà con il parcheggio. Abbiamo richiesto la colazione da asporto perché il nostro aereo era molto presto. Devo dire molto buona e curata.

Cons:

Purtroppo la stanza per 3 era un po' piccola.

Great location, great breakfast, amazing people!!

The scotch welcome dram and shortbread was such a happy and generous surprise. Each staff member could not have been kinder or more helpful. We even got to visit the Pipers' museum next door.

Très bon petit hôtel bien situé.
Pros:

L'accueil est sympathique, les chambres sont grandes et confortables, le service du petit déjeuner est soigné et généreux.
La visite du musée de la cornemuse est un plus intéressant.

On the whole we enjoyed our stay but slightly underwhelmed by the breakfast.
Pros:

Room and bed comfortable. Good central location. Friendly staff and a warm welcome. Exceptionally clean.

Cons:

Smart Tv is more the norm these days so I was slightly disappointed not to have that. I personally really dislike shower gels etc fixed so high up the wall that you can’t use in bath. Breakfast could be improved. Extra coffees not offered. I ordered the scrambled egg and smoked salmon on toast and it came as a large pile of each but without toast. Once served we were asked if we wanted toast so then had to wait. We got one round each.!

Pros:

Very nice traditional building. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean, breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like, I also knew before arriving it had no parking but would have maybe liked some information about best place Les to park before arriving to make it easier.

Der perfekte Start für eine Schottlandreise

Es ist ein kleines, feines Hotel. Nicht megamodern, aber dafür mit ganz eigenem Charme. Das Personal war superfreundlich und hilfsbereit, das Full Scottish Breakfast sehr lecker. Alles in Allem ein perfekter Start für eine Schottlandreise. Ich komme gerne wieder.
