Ich würde wieder dort übernachten.
Pros:

Ich war mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und der Host hat zwischendurch mit mir Kontakt aufgenommen und hat mir extra ein Zimmer gegeben, in dem ich mein Fahrrad mit auf das Zimmer nehmen konnte, was sehr hilfreich war. Das Zimmer an sich war in Ordnung, nichts besonderes aber für den Preis völlig angemessen und in Ordnung. Recht zentrale Lage außerdem, was in Darlington aber auch nicht besonders schwer ist.

Excellent vale and spotless
Pros:

Spotlessly clean, basic yet very comfortable. Owner communicates really well and is very accommodating over late check in and proactive to help

Cons:

Road/street noise and room quite hot despite not having a radiator so had window open which didn’t help with the street noise!

It was just about ok for a quick overnight stop to break up a train journey, but wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Really helpful communication with the owner, they accommodated our late check in. Very close to the train station, only 3 mins walk.

Cons:

There seemed to be one shared toilet between 5-6 rooms and we couldn’t use the sink there to wash our hands as the plug was stuck and basin full of water. Also someone had left their toothbrush in there which seemed a little strange! The WiFi did not reach our room (9). One of the twin beds was comfortable and the other really wasn’t, I only managed to get a few hours sleep.
