Very disappointing
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was tasty and generous.

Cons:

The bed was broken and horribly uncomfortable. For someone with a full day's work ahead the complete lack of sleep was disastrous. No manager available to discuss this with, and no reply to my email attempting to address this.

Pros:

Nice modern room in a traditional hotel. Comfortable and clean. Nice options for dinner and for breakfast. Very well looked after by the girls. Thank you Kieva and colleagues.

Good location with free parking but won't stay there again due to a number of issues.

Cons:

Had to wait a while to check in because the same staff also work at the onsite restaurant. There is no elevator to the room and had to carry heavy luggage to the third floor. The setup of the hotel rooms were like in a maze. The room had a very strong odor.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Good variety.

Cons:

Over all , staying at the imperial was ok and I would recommend ....but my family and I had a bad leak in our room , although the staff were very accommodating and we were moved appropriately....and to the imperial's credit we weren't charged for our stay..good for us but not for them... All in all I would stay in The Imperial again, it was just one off those things that can happen.

The room was lovely, freshly decorated. The staff are what makes this establishment exceptional, they really could not have done enough for us. Would highly recommend this hotel..

Brilliant
Pros:

Beautiful room with super comfy bed.
Fabulous ensuite shower room with brilliant shower cubicle which had many functions.
Lovely cooked to order breakfast was included in our rate.
