Perfect and will return.
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel, lovely staff, free room upgrade to a roof top suite. Spa, food and location were perfect. Definitely return and highly recommend

Cons:

No air conditioning, but we stayed when it was the June heatwave and had a fan in the room.

Pros:

The facilities were amazing! The location...Wow! The room was clean but during a heatwave the room was a struggle. I realise it was called a snug room but for the price I didn't imagine it being that small. We had a lovely time though and will definitely be returning although next time in a larger room.

Our stay was simply fab .
Pros:

Our room was lovely the view amazing , The food at the hotel fab , Breakfast, and Dinner were delicious
the whole experience of our stay was perfect. Spa great ,
location just a short walk to Windermere's boats , lots of things to do in Bowness

We had a fantastic time at the lakes hotel and spa. The hotel itself is lovely and very well located for access to the centre of Bowness on Windermere and lake Windermere, both a ten minute walk away. The staff were all very kind and helpful. On arrival we were informed our room was upgraded to included a hot tub which enhanced the stay even further. We made the most of the pool and spa which was very nice. Breakfast was very much enjoyed too with plenty of options. Would more than happily stay here again 😊

Beautiful , special and nice and tranquil.
Pros:

The staff were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us.

Cons:

We got a room upgrade which was lovely of them but I failed to see what extra we got other than a different view potentially.
It was lovely but the bathroom window looked out onto a roof top where the cleaning staff were and all the mops and buckets.
It was red hot and couldn’t keep the window open due to this when using the bathroom or the fact that it potentially was a ground floor room.

I only had one night to enjoy the hotel! Also, parking costs extra if you book through booking.com so it’s worth seeing if you can get a reasonable price direct.

Absolutely stunning hotel. It was our first ever stay here. We received a complimentary glass of fizz when we arrived at reception which was a lovely touch. We had a beautiful spacious room with a lake view thanks to a free upgrade from the lovely staff on reception, this made our experience even more excellent. The spa was also amazing, with lovely features. The staff were great and helpful right throughout our stay. We didn’t eat in the restaurant or use any of the other facilities apart from the spa this time so cannot comment on those but we will definitely be back

I haven’t got a bad thing to say about the hotel, we were taken care of right from the start
