Disappointed to say the least,
Pros:

Spent three days there first week in July, after reading the reviews we were excited for our stay, hotel is very clean good and stall were fabulous the spa was a nice addition also, on the down side, shower was very small and a lot of black mould on walls and the shower head, no sanitary bin in bathroom and no face clothes. The week was very hot and although they provided a fan there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room and for the prices they charge you would have thought this would be standard.
BIGGEST GRIPE - car parking was very poor and very tight. Someone left my new car with a lovely ding on the door, and to add insult to injury, only noticed on my bill afterwards that they charged us £12 per night for parking fees ….,,, this was never discussed beforehand or noticeable on any of there advertising, first time ever in my life has this happened, we spent over £400 extra on food and drinks and then they add a parking charge ..,,, very poor on their behalf.

Mooi hotel in een mooie omgeving!

Mooi hotel met comfortabele kamer. Personeel heel vriendelijk.

Van het ontbijt hadden wij wel wat meer verwacht en de wellness een beetje teleurstellend.

For the price it was fine rather than special
Pros:

The location is great, and the staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

The spa is good but kids only allow in until 2pm and check in is after that so not great if you’ve booked to enjoy a swim with your kids when you get there. The breakfast is also very average.

Very enjoyable!
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, beautiful hotel, very comfortable bed.

Cons:

5 star that lacked some of the essentials for example, a fridge and bottled water, or air con in the room, lack of bathroom shelving for wash bags, buffet breakfast, rather than menu breakfast. Would stay again though.

Pros:

As always, the staff upon entrance are amazing. The bedroom was, big and so comfortable. No aircon was the only downside, but the fan made up for that as it was perfect. Spa as always, just an amazing place.

Cons:

Parking cost, when most people stay drive to the hotel, include that in the price.

Amazing stay made more memorable by the wonderful staff
Pros:

It was a lovely stay from start to finish. On arrival we were met by the gate guard who was a lovely friend woman. Walking to the hotel we were greeted by a lovely concierge called Patrick who showed us where all the facilities were and our room. Patrick made our stay that little bit more memorable, and when we came down for dinner in the fantastic Asian restaurant we asked him if he could take a photo of us, in which he then took us round the hotel on a mini photoshoot.
The Asian restaurant in house was incredible. The food and the atmosphere were perfect.
Being able to use the spa facilities whenever and however long you like is amazing. Again, another lovely calm atmosphere with a great choice of pools.
We stayed in a room that didn’t have a hot tub on the ground floor, the room was quiet and very spacious.

We had a fantastic stay and looking forward to coming back again. All the staff were lovely and made the stay even better.

Amazing hotel couldnt of asked for anything more
Pros:

Everything was so clean, the staff was absolutely amazing let us in the spa early! Nothing was a problem, we was shown were everything was and a welcome glass of prosecco each. Unbelievable hotel and the views are amazing in the hot tub rooms! 100% would stay again
