beautiful hotel & staff were excellent. Just the 3pm check in didn’t sit well with me, considering the money i spent

Beautiful location. Stayed many times before. Staff were brilliant

Cons:

The only thing i wasn’t happy about was the 3pm check. I don’t agree with it, when i’m paying tne amount of money i paid. The room i booked had an hot tub and the 3pm check in didn’t allow me to
make the most of the room. Just don’t think that’s good

Pros:

Lovely hotel with amazing staff. Everywhere is spotless and the facilities are brilliant. They really go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable!

Excellent few days and would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Just a lovely hotel. Made a nice change that we could use the spa at any time, not like many hotels which charge you extra unless you go at specific times. Plus pool was warm, often they are freezing...
Great location for walking into Bowness.
Staff were all very helpful and friendly.
Had a hot tub on balcony which was lovely and hot!

Cons:

Nothing really.

Gorgeous 5* weekend getaway
Pros:

Everything is so well maintained, clean, and beautifully decorated. They do a lovely spread of breakfast in the morning, the spa facilities are fantastic! They’ve also got a treatment area, if you want to have things like massages or facial. It is located 10-12 mins walk from lake Windermere marina village. There are plenty of activities to do within the area. I would definitely recommend.
