Excellent location
Helpful staff
Lovely modern room
Car park very small
Very clean been refurbished to a high standard
Staff were not very motivated and could have been more attentive
Seemed like they did not want to be there and everything too much trouble
Location, free parking & decor.
No Aircon in the loft room.
Very specious, comfy bed, polite friendly staff
A little dated in the rooms. Could do with new carpets and new decor
Obviously great location for castleton, and for us the peak Cavern for their series of summer gigs. Couldn't be better for those.
Pretty basic for a £200 room. You're obviously paying for the location, but not a lot to love for the accomodation itself.

The location was perfect. The only saving grace was the housekeeping staff
Our welcome was pitiful. The duty manager was unequal to the task in the PREDICTED very hot weather. Portable AC units should have been placed in our airless room. He had no comprehension of the use of wet towels to facilitate the latent heat of evaporation. The waiting time at the bar was twice OVER 15 minutes, though no fault of tge single bartender who did all that she could under very trying circumstances. The hotel WIFI required to be rebooted far too frequently. Our simple breakfast orders were got wrong two days in a row. Fir over £230 per night this was pathetic. The problem lies in wretched management by people who should not be employed in the hospitality sector.
Bed was comfy, views and location was optimal for hiking opportunities and there were quite a few options for eating if you wanted to go somewhere else, but food served here was super tasty
A few stains on the walls but this didn't affect our stay, the breakfast was a little limited for continental options. Would've been nice to have some fruit.
Quaint room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Thought it was very expensive for the size of room etc.

I’m
I didn’t like being woke up at 6:45 by delivery of beer and the like outside the room literally outside the room lasting for an hour and quarter bang bang bang not good
Great location, friendly staff, big rooms, good value breakfast.
The wifi in the annexe rooms was very unreliable.
Great breakfast menu
The room was huge which was a pleasant surprise.
Shower was good with decent pressure.
The room was just to hot to be comfortable. There was one window which only opened slightly, so it made the room very stuffy.
The staff are friendly
