All very good. Comfortable rooms and beds and an excellent breakfast
Pros:

Great staff , room and breakfast. Lots of protein and carbs for the group of cyclists. Paul was attentive,polite and couldn’t do enough for the group.

Cons:

The only disappointment was not being able to have an evening meal . This was made clear when we booked as the main restaurant doesn’topen unril May

A great hotel in a fabulous location in mid - Wales.
Pros:

Paul and his wife were most accommodating with our requirements for secure cycle storage and ebike charging.
They run a very comfortable establishment and the location was wonderful. I had a wonderful view of the river from my room.
The breakfast was excellent and with a wide choice, was very good value.
We would happily go back for a longer stay.

Cons:

We should have stayed an extra night to better explore the local routes.

Rather disappointed

We didn’t realise that the restaurant and bar were not available until we had paid for the room ( which was a priority in our search for accommodation ) and will be closed until May. Perhaps this should be highlighted in the description? £120 for one night, and having to walk into town for dinner seems poor value

Very rude owner and it’s all a bit odd

It was locked when we turned up at 2.30pm
We got booked in at 7.30am for breakfast without asking
We got knocked out of bed and asked to come down asap for breakfast at 7.35am

We will be going back next year.
Pros:

The location was perfect as we were working at the welsh show ground only 5mins walk away.
Breakfast was fantastic freshly cooked each day. room was very clean and tidy and bathroom was stocked with everything we needer and more.

Cons:

Carpark was not very big but was room to park down the side if needed.

Comfortable with a view
Pros:

The room was comfortable with a view of the river. Plug sockets next to the bed. Good choice of tea & coffee. Plenty of toiletries provided & soft white towels.
