Nice well decorated property in a great location. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I lost a very sentimental ring and called the hotel after we had checked out. The guy on reception was so friendly and helpful, I went back and they let me in the room and the housekeeping ladies were amazing helping me search and even checking through the rubbish. I am so so grateful for their kindness and willingness to help. Luckily I found my ring!
My only recommendation would be that the room we stayed in needed more lighting. It was really softly lit, which was lovely and cosy, but would’ve been nice to have more lighting for getting ready etc.

one of the other people in the same room kept waking us up at 5am, being loud and obnoxious.
it was worse than the noise from the nightclubs below.

Tolles Hotel an toller Lage. Super nette Mitarbeiter und ich habe mich wohlgefühlt. Für den geräumigen Spinnt benötigt man kein Schloss was super praktisch ist und es hat sogar ein Haarföhn im Bad. Ich würde es definitiv wieder buchen.
Leider war das Schloss von unseren Zimmer defekt, so das grundsätzlich jeder rein kommen konnte. Abgesehen von dem nichts auszusetzen.

Nothing to complain.
The location is GREAT. Staff were always friendly and polite. They really help you when you need it and there’s always someone available. There were always ladies cleaning the toilets and showers and rooms. I was able to work with my laptop in the common area and the wifi was great. There are restaurants, bars, supermarkets around. All 3 members at the front desk were just soooo cool and uncomplicated that’s my vibe.
Some rooms I’d say are a little too small. It wasn’t an issue for me cuz it’s not summer so it wasn’t too bus but for summer time I bet it’s really tight. Also the USB port in my bed wasn’t working so I couldn’t charge my devices.
(I don’t have any issues sleeping but for people who are sensitive to noise let me tell you that Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays you’ll hear music all night long lol) I didn’t have issues with it cuz I can sleep easily.
Good location as in not far to walk from anywhere
The outside noise is horrific. Only got two hours of sleep as you could hear literally everything. Sounded like windows were wide open when they weren’t
Good size room being in a girls dorm of 8. Bathroom was clean. Bed was a good size. First proper hostel I've stayed in, did the job. Budget friendly and in the centre of town
Locker wasn't working which was a shame.
Automatic sign in/sign out was a bit confusing. The reception staff didn't really explain anything about how it worked and it being my second time in a hostel it was a bit confusing at first. I just got given my room key and that was it, I was told to find it myself.
Room was really warm when I got there, something maybe wrong with the heating?
It's mentioned on the site but make sure you know it's right next to a club/bar! So it's loud and the music goes on late into the night and it's not very soundproof.

Toilet next to our room broken. Had to walk around the whole floor hoping other toilet would be free.
Unclean dirty mattresses under clean bedlinen. Seen it when bedlinen slipped.
Expensive stay for what it offers.
