Warm and welcoming bar/hotel in the heart of Faversham
Pros:

Wonderful service from dedicated husband and wife team, Nick and Tanya. The room was beautiful, the location was excellent, and the breakfast was great. Faversham is a lovely
place and would definitely go again.

Nice location and staff but a bit basic
Pros:

Great, central location with lovely staff.

Cons:

The room and facilities are very dated - shower worked poorly, decor past it and the room was very, very hot. Breakfast was fine, but no choice of brown or white toast and the type of eggs just seemed to be random. General atmosphere was very nice because the staff were so friendly, but the place wasn't really a hotel - more like a pub with very basic rooms.

Lovely stay will definitely be back.
Pros:

The location is excellent with free parking.The room was absolutely beautiful with a four poster bed and a roll top bath.Excellent value for money,we don’t eat there in the evening however the restaurant was very busy which suggests the food is good.We did have breakfast and that was really good with local produce.

Cons:

A massive surprise seeing the room (1) it’s fantastic,the actual location is really good and local.

Ideal base for a stay in our Kent weekend
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location ideal. Ideal base to stay in.

Cons:

Would have liked the option to a lower apartment, as my partner suffers with stairs! A large social gathering next door, meant little sleep!

Lovely staff but definite improvements ate needed
Pros:

Such lovely staff, so friendly & helpful
Breakfast was very good too

Cons:

Property was v tired looking & in desperate need of some TLC, window in bedroom broken was wedged open with a piece of wood, carpet was very stained & badly in need of a clean, curtain ties back was hanging of the walk, just generally quite tatty which was a shame as would not return despite the great staff & location although it was quite noisy outside but obviously the hotel has no control of that
