Absolutely calm and relaxing.
Pros:

The place is just beautiful. They have a large car park with plenty of EV chargers. The staff were helpful on arrival and the room was stunning. The facilities are amazing and the breakfast plentiful. We'll worth a try.

Nice location and rooms nice. Breakfast server Carole lovely.

Cons:

I had terrible problems with my booking and the hotel staff were really terrible in dealing with it. My dad died two days before arriving and it made my stay unnecessarily stressful.

Even as I left they questioned me again and again about whether I had paid!! Any interaction related to the booking was awful 😞. The hotel itself was fine but take note that dealing with this hotel is difficult.

Great place and location, but some staff need to be taught true customer services rather than reading from a script!

Great location, facilities and spacious. Rooms and beds were comfortable

Reception staff, not very helpful or
Informative. Having travelled for just over three hours we arrived at 14:00 to be advised our rooms were not ready. Told to wait in the same reception area, gone 15:00 no staff member forthcoming, metres away from their desk. Other people arrive and begin to check in. 15:10 I go back to desk and immediately check in - no computer or room availability check, it’s now miraculously available! Arrive to the lodge and not four of the five are already empty, so not sure how a) need for delays b) why not one of those available earlier.

Go back to reception for a family swim, now towels available and requested we go back to the room to use those towels!

Great value for money, clean comfortable and relaxing.
Pros:

Really liked the location, the public areas were particularly well presented, and the location really good. The evening meal was good and worth the money for what we ate. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we both had a brilliant sleep.

Cons:

The bathroom of our room was fine, but the bath panel was damaged by water and didn't look good. The tiling makes it look dated which doesn't fit with the rest of the property. A very little point in the big scheme of things.

Convenient stay in delightful surroundings.
Pros:

Very comfortable, clean room. Quiet relaxed location. Facilities looked fantastic.Nice breakfast.
Convenient stay with lots to explore locally. Looks like a great golf location so I will be back!

Very good clean hotel. Really great pool and spa area. Great golf courses. Nice areas to sit and rel
Pros:

A few items at the buffet run out and were not replenished, we ate an hour before closing

Cons:

We ordered rib of beef for the evening meal, 2 of the meals had hardly any meat and alot of fat. One had no meat at all, just fat and bone. We were offered a burger to replace it.
