A perfect stay in bluebell chalet with friends
Pros:

It was perfect for our group celebration with a fabulous chalet in a beautiful setting and with full access to all hotel facilities. We really couldn’t have asked for more. The staff were wonderful too, welcoming, polite and really attentive to ensuring our stay was perfect.

Beautiful place, food was lovely sauna hydro pool and steam room lovely and clean.

Cons:

No plug sockets to charge phone beside the bed
And selection for breakfast could of been better more yoghurt choices and fruit choices

It was ok thought staff were not very helpful and all a bit rushed everything was cleared away a bit early considering it was Sunday.

Cons:

I think room was a bit dated especially bathroom.

Excellent, very welcoming and lovely leisure facilities.
Pros:

Great facilities, pool was lovely. Staff were really helpful and the lodge was comfortable. Lovely beds and crisp bedding

Cons:

The only issue we had was that the postcode on our sat nav didn’t recognise the main entrance as existing and continually sent us towards an unadopted road. We dropped a pin when we left on the next morning and was fine using that.
