Restaurant area is very open with little chance of privacy while dining.
Spa facilities were great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Young inexperienced staff that didn’t know what they were doing on reception. Was a hair in my bathtub and bathroom dirty. Also the water when I ran a bath moved like there was stuff in it. Marketing materials in room were messy.

Lack of menu items available, we did eat late however if there is no cream to go with the lemon meringue please do not add strawberry sorbet as a substitute. No asking or explaining..
Great pool, spa etc and nice big room
No soundproofing so could hear next door. Very slow service at dinner and food not to a high standard
Cabin was ok, nice being away from the main area with own kitchen and living room
Items dated, broken and dirty , think they need to spend some money on it, also very noisy downstairs in the bedrooms, if people are walking around upstairs, whole building moves
