Good comfortable hotel with great facilities & friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

Good location, great views across the golf course. Relaxed atmosphere with very friendly staff. Deluxe room very comfortable, particularly liked having a balcony with view to the golf course.

Nice enough but not as nice as the pictures
Pros:

Good location. Staff very helpful. Views from lodge across the golf course were lovely and location of lodges is very quiet.

Cons:

The lodge is much more dated and basic than it looks in the pictures. It's also really noisy as the water system seems to work in some sort of pump so every time you use a tap or flush there is a huge racket. No streaming services on TV like Netflix. Depending on which lodge you get, you can't necessarily park close to your lodge so you have to carry everything.

Cons:

Organisation of both restaurants really poor timeline managment.
The room are nice, clean and tideie but really oudated for the price they are charging.
Cleaning in the Spa showers need to improove.

Bei der Ankunft gar keine Infos erhalten - nur die Karte. Keine Info wo was ist, wann oder wo Frühstück oder sonst die 100 Hausregeln...Hotel extrem in die Jahre gekommen, alles sehr alt und abgenutzt. Mitarbeiter gefühlt genervt gewesen, wir haben uns wahnsinnig unerwünscht gefühlt.

Hotel war nur als Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht gedacht...wollten den Kids einen lustigen Aufenthalt mit Pool etc ermöglichen..hab noch nie ein Hotel mit so vielen Regeln erlebt..Kinder unter 16 durften nicht in den Whirlpool der direkt neben dem Pool war. (Der im Saunabereich...ok...aber der andere??)
Um 18 Uhr mussten die Kinder aus dem Pool raus...?? Gerne auf der Webseite dazu schreiben, dass man als Familie nur in bestimmte Bereiche gehen darf und das auch nur zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten.

Wenn man keine Familien dort haben will, sollte man es als adults only Hotel anpreisen..


Auch ganz schlimm war das Zusatzbett, das reingestellt wurde. War nicht sicher ob die Matratze nur eine dickere Decke war...die war gerade Mal ein paar cm dick. Gott sei Dank war das normale Bett groß genug und das kleine Kind hat zwischen den Eltern geschlafen...
