The staff were friendly staff and clean room.
In room 5, a generator outside repeatedly came on through the night which stopped us sleeping.
We stay at this hotel annually to attend the brilliant Soul by the Sea event and it works out perfectly. It's a short walk to the sea front and the rooms and large and comfortable.
The breakfast included is continental so we don't normally stay for breakfast.
The property was very lovely, very well maintained
Property was lovely people were friendly.
The only downside.is they could do with starting the breakfast earlier

Booking said breakfast, not English or continental.
This turned out to be a self help continental, !! Everything was left on a table with the meat/ cheese( slices) on a plate covered with cling film, on a hot day.
The meat was clearly sweating!!. Be more honest state at the point of booking what I'm paying for

The only thing l have to say, is l like a cooked breakfast in a morning, not fruit and cereals, although if you like that there was a good selection.
Disappointed to not have a hot breakfast option!
Friendly team, Comfortable large bed, lovely big bathroom.
Enjoyed the Continental breakfast with a very good variety of cereal, toast and fruit.
Walk to the sea front in under two minutes.
The Queens Head serves excellent food throughout the day and evening which are large and filling they also have a good selection of beers and ales, book a table as it can be busy.

We stayed three nights. ..no new towels ...no fresh bedding no replenish of milk for coffee

Location and modern bedroom decor
Breakfast was ok but would’ve been good to have some more options.
Although not on the sea front the location was still excellent for reaching the coast and the coast path. The room was very clean and facilities were up to date including the bathroom.
Although nights since my stay have been warmer still, it was pretty warm over night and there was no obvious air conditioning or failing that, a fan. I was also not able to open the window for ventilation.
