Great stopover!
Thank you 😊
Ideal accomodation for an overnight stay after a function at the the curve earlier.
Nice 1pm checkin:)
Noise from the road if a front room.
The location was really close to the International Music Venue, where I and my band were gigging.
The room was clean and had everything I needed.
It was difficult for me to get comfortable because I have back / neck issues and I need a softer bed to be comfortable (that's my problem though. I understand why you would choose a firm mattress and everyone is different).
The noise from the street was disruptive (but then it is Leicester city centre - so I expected it would be noisy - so I can't fault the hotel).
Breakfast was not available at the hotel but it would have been very helpful if the hotel had a handy list of cafes which could offer breakfast on a Sunday before 10am (as we had to start work at 10am on the Sunday)
Location
Would not check me in. 24 hour front desk is a lie and was shouted at through the phone when I called.
Accommodation
Nothing
You get what you pay for, wasn’t expecting lush 4 poster beds, but got what I expected, great little room that had everything in it you could want/need, was clean and comfortable with no real issues.
My only recommendation would be to change the colour of the blinds to darker (woke up early due to sun coming through white blinds)
It was clean and close to the town center. The staff was friendly too.
The water was too hot that we could not shower properly. It did not get warmer. The shower area had no stand for the soap. We had to shower with the soap in our hands. So we did not have a proper shower, the window curtain did not close the window appropriately. Letting the light to splash in the room. And we do not sleep with the light. It was very hard to sleep. It was noisy too.
Clean beds, clean toilet, lovely receptionist
The room was spacious, clean and conducive
The bed makes a lot of noise
didnt know they do the breakfast
parking at NCP car park and was bit taty and very old also it cost £8.00 per day
