Easily accessible, parking and the staff were very accommodating
Pros:

Staff were amazing, very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

Room was nice but a bit dusty which affects my partners asthma so I had to dust the units before bed !

Great place to stay would happily stay again.
Pros:

Lovely friendly staff, we were at a party which ended early hours but they were still there to let us in.
Great breakfast.

Adequate but nothing spectacular
Pros:

Lovely breakfast
Adequate for what we needed

Cons:

Cleanliness needs improvement. Dirty cups, dusty and musty smelling room.
Breakfast was nice but basic. No hashbrowns etc.
Location quite noisy
Room needs some TLC
Expensive for a basic stay.

Reslly enjoyed our time at the Masons Arms
Pros:

The Masons arms was excellent
Friendly staff, easy to find, high standard of cleanliness, lovely extra touches in the room (toiletries biscuits etc)
Bar snacks very tasty, drinks reasonably priced.
Cooked breakfast clean and tasty GF bread available.

Cons:

Two things only.
better windows for sound proofing and draft.
The shower head in room 7 needs repairing/replacing (does not stay in the up position).

We intend using the hotel again on next years visit to the area.

Cons:

The key to room 8 was very difficult to open. The lock needs replacing.

Nice stay
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and the food was good. The bed was extremely comfortable!

Cons:

The car parking was hit and miss as there weren't always enough spaces. Also being on a main road it was noisy with the windows open.
