It was convenient to where i needed to be and was accessible amenities. The room was clean and spacious. Internet was free.
My room was facing the street, so i could hear all the noise on the street for while.
it was a lovely room to stay in. I liked that you could use a kitchen separate from the room.
it was incredibly hot and a fan would have been very useful.
i didn't know what the 2 bins were for so assumed they were for general rubbish and the other for recycling.
plus i didn't know how to use the shower and there were no instructions (very trial and error. so i didn't find the full power till I tried to turn it off).
other places have a little booklet or folder.
Very comfortable & spacious room, great night's sleep, no noise from anyone else. I liked the rear exit to the car park, meaning I could nip in & out with ease. The location & car park are very convenient.
TV couldn't pick up many channels. Whilst showering the water went very cold. I had to wait a few minutes until it became warm again. The towels were too small & very well used. The window blind did not block out all light.
Clean room and great location
Hotel and staff were all very good.
Only comment I would make is that the shared kitchen facilities were ruined by behaviour of another guest. His attitude suggested he was a regular and he therefore treated kitchen as his own personal space, taking it over to use as office space, instead of using his own room OR the very spacious downstairs public space, making it very difficult for others to fully use all the available kitchen facilities. Staff witnessed this and unfortunately failed to comment. However, everything would be great if he's not there whenever you choose to visit.
Room was big, bed was huge and comfortable. Even though its next to a road it was quiet.
Very good hotel at a central location for us to go to Holy Mass and visit the Shrine! Also, we could go to the beach at Conwy, which was a plus since it was a lovely day! The host Ian was very helpful and made us feel welcome! I'd recommend this hotel if you are visiting.
The facilities included a self catering kitchen with a range of cereals and hot drinks available for breakfast, plus microwave etc. Comfortable bed and easy t.o use shower controls. Jood location with easy access to local shops and bus services
There seems to be a bit of issue with TV reception locally - occasional bursts of static affect sound and image.
