Not the stay I expected
Pros:

The bathroom was lovely, but the room was more old school and not the vibe I expected.

Cons:

The rooms aren't sound proof and we could hear doors banging and shutting and opening which was disturbing, the bed was two single beds pushed together which wasn't very comfortable, quite disappointed in my stay and probably wouldnt ever stay again.

Satisfactory for the price
Pros:

Nice location, conveniently located and close to city centre. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

No lock on the room door. Main entrance to block not always securely locked. As the block is separated from the reception it did not feel as secure. Window opening limiter can be easily disengaged from outside, so did not feel safe leaving the window open.

It's fine
Pros:

Location is very near to MK Central Station, and fairly away from heavy traffic. Breakfast was fine.

Cons:

The double bed was actually two singles frames put together, which I didn't expect. The lodge is starting to show it's age overall. There's no AC but you do have a fan. Bus connections are a little far, some walking need prior.
