Das Bett war bequem und das Badezimmer war modern. Das Personal ist durchwegs nett. Das Frühstück ist überschaubar und man bietet eine Auswahl an Speisen an.
Es mangelte an Sauberkeit im Zimmer. Die alten eingelegte Teppiche haben unangenehm gerochen und müssten dringend ersetzt werden. Unser Zimmer wurde nicht gründlich gereinigt, da wir tote Fliegen in den Ecken gefunden haben. Unser Zimmer wurde an einem Tag sogar nicht wie verlangt gereinigt. Aus unserer Sicht wurde nicht angemessen auf dieses Problem reagiert. Obwohl wir das Schild "Zimmer bitte reinigen" an die Türe gehangen haben, wurde unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Als wir das angesprochen haben hat man uns lediglich Handtücher gegeben, jedoch nicht das Reinigungs-Personal zum Zimmer geschickt. Beim Check-out wurde uns lediglich "We are sorry to hear that" mitgeteilt und keine Handlung wurde angeboten.
