Visiting airfields
Pros:

The staff, (Lucy in particular), were friendly and welcoming.
The dinner and the breakfasts we had were delicious.
The pub atmosphere and ales were all very good.
Our room was generous in size, warm and clean.
Tea, coffee, biscuits, milks, were all provided.
We will book The Bull again.

Cons:

To have had confirmation sooner, I had to ring twice the day before my arrival and it was seven in the evening when I finally got the confirmation. This was stressful as I traveled long distance with a dog and friend, I would have liked the security sooner and not had to chance for it.Breakfast was very nice and a good start for me travelling on.

Old Coaching Inn, full of character.
Pros:

Very old coaching in with lots of character......not a level floor or wall in the place!
Clean, comfortable and great staff.
Just a very nice place to stay.

Cons:

Nothing. It's a great place.

Exclant for a short stay in a town that seems to go to bed early.
Pros:

Quirky 16 century pub/ hotel good car park . Fine selection of beers. The food was good the steak was very good and fair portions.

Location worked well for us, but thought it was overpriced for the service recieved
Pros:

Location was good for visiting friends. It was clean with comfortable beds and a nice garden area to sit outside.

Cons:

Only a short period for going down for breakfast. Lady asked us if we wanted eggs for breakfast and we choose scrambled. She then said that there was only 3 eggs and that 1 had already been ordered! Ended up with 2 scrambled eggs between the 2 if us, which was very strange.
The net curtain in the bedroom had a large hole in it and the wardrobe door had one knob for opening it and the other door had a large screw with a piece of blue tape over it. Not very good for the prices charged!

A friendly, traditional pub with excellent food.
Pros:

This traditional pub served excellent food, had a lovely atmosphere in the bar and the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially when I asked to change my breakfast time at the last moment.

Cons:

The room was great but the mattress needed replacing.
