The room was very clean and seemed to be recently decorated. Breakfast was exceptional. Very good value.

Cons:

Trying to add an extra night was a ridiculous and unnecessary faff! No direct contact with the hotel - I had to go through 2 automated keypads plus a switchboard then the actual local manager who was unavailable for a further hour. In the end I made a separate further booking. The local manager was very helpful but it seems to be a corporate issue.

Had a problem they sorted it straight away.
