Cons:

As i have copd i was unable to open the window no more than a inch due to a restricting device, i only stayed for one night and not for the two i booked as i did find it hard to get enough fresh air ( not the hotels fault think is a new law )

Very good , will definitely stay here again when in cleethorpes
Pros:

Property was clean , staff were very helpful and polite , location was good for where we wanted to be and a pleasant walk into town , ample parking on site

Cons:

The breakfast set up has changed since the last time we were there, in my personal opinion i enjoyed the buffet breakfast where you helped yourself and paid at the till , didn’t help only having one staff serving quite a few people at breakfast time

Pros:

It was very comfortable and clean. Close to where we wanted to be. Food was good, and staff were very friendly. Prices were great value for money.

Cons:

The parking. Although they have cameras, and I was assured our bikes would be okay, we moved them, after seeing kids flying about on electric bikes, and behaving like louts. We were then told the next morning, by staff, that moving them was probably best. They could maybe make a compound for bikes

Wellow, Cleethorpes
Pros:

The location as there's the boating lake and the miniature railway right opposite along with paths from there to the seafront, promenades, and beach. Just to the right is a retail park with McDonald's, cinema, Starbucks, and Subway, amongst others.

There is no need for the car as it is all in an easy walking distance, which is very convenient as parking in the town centre and promenades are at a premium and at a cost.

Another plus is that as it's a pub and hotel combined, it's easy for meals if you so wish.

Cons:

Didn't!

On the whole an enjoyable stay, the hotel is well situated, and the staff very helpful and friendly.
Pros:

The food was very good and good value. The staff were very helpful, especial mention must go to Brandon, Josh and Kelly who went out of their way to look after us and make our stay comfortable. They are a real credit to the hotel.

Cons:

The room (No10) was a bit 'tired' and could do with an update. It would've been nice to have been warned that they were open for the World Cup match, although we were sound proofed from the bar and tvs, we did have the noise from the carpark in the early hours.

Good spot for an overnight stay with a toddler
Pros:

Clean, well-kept, family room with comfy beds (double and bunk).
Electric fan provided as the room was on the warm side.
Friendly staff- well mannered and very helpful
Eco-friendly (and vegan friendly) hair and body wash and hand wash provided, alongside good-sized bath towels.
Shower was lovely- we were able to shower our 2yr old without any problems.
Plenty of space outside to sit and relax, even though it's near a very busy road.
Breakfast was lovely.
Noticed what looked like a travel cot in the room wardrobe- we took a travel guard rail for the double bed (1 of us co slept with little one), so we didn't use the cot.

Cons:

The lingering smoky/cigarettey smell in the stairwell leading up to the room. We could only guess it had built up over time from people smoking outside underneath the stairwell window.
As non-smokers, it wasn't a pleasant smell at all.

Could do with a light between the double bed and the bunk beds. Other than that, good.
