Achtung am Wochenende laute Disco, je nach Zimmerlage bebt das Bett

noise, noise, noise - from the street, from the restaurant downstairs, from other rooms; very bad bed t given the price I paid, this is not a good value for money

My single bed was not the most comfortable, but ok. I did struggle with remote control on TV and kettle.

Nous avions réservé 8 chambres pour une nuit. L'ensemble de l'hôtel est très vieillot et mériterait d'être rénové. La qualité de la literie était déplorable, les matelas étaient creux, mous et les lits grinçaient à chaque mouvement.
Les salles de bains n'étaient pas pratiques, pas de douche mais une baignoire avec un flexible attaché au mur pratiquement inutilisable.

W weekend było faktycznie trochę głośno w nocy, ale po opiniach byliśmy na to przygotowani. Śniadania mogłyby być serwowane do późniejszej godziny

I approached the desk the next morning at checkout but had ro wait 5 minutes as the receptionist ( different from previous day ) was on a personal call to her friend which was obvious as she was discussing private information, when she finished I asked her was there a night security due to an incident in the evening , she said only a porter , I was about to explain when she very rudely Said GOODBYE , I said excuse me. ? She grinned in my face and said in a very condescending manner thank you goodbye !! I said I'm trying to explain my concerns about an incident she again grinned at me and said goodbye, I was absolutely appalled by her attitude I told her I would call the manager and report both the incident and her she literally laughed and said no problem bye bye , I was in tears at this point through lack of sleep and her extreme behaviour, I went to my car called the hotel she replied I asked for the managers name she literally SHOUTED down the phone NO !!!!!! You can't have it !!!!! she obviously knew it was me I asked why and she said we don't give out managers personal information and hung up the phone , I waited 5 minutes as I was extremely upset rang again as soon as I spoke she hung up the phone . I'm absolutely disgusted by her rude , strange behaviour and question should she have such a roll as dealing with the public is clearly not suited to her anger issues , I won't be approaching the team at tyacks as they will clearly support their staff but I will never recommend this hotel to anyone as they are fine until you try to report a serious problem.. can I add the staff from the Friday on duty were absolutely amazing very professional and kind and helpful my only issue is with the older lady on duty on Saturday morning

The Friday night entertainment vibrated up into the room, couldn't get to sleep until it was finished at midnight

Basic accommodation. It felt a little dated. Some simple touches could improve it, for example rehanging the curtains so they are on the hooks, maybe some darker ones too; covering the base of the bed; retouching the wall paint.
We didn’t need it, but room service was apparently available by calling 100 but there was no phone in the room (we found this quite amusing!)

The room and particularly the bath needed some modernising
