Pros:

Pros:

Beautiful lady serving breakfast early in the morning .

Cons:

Not perfect according to the price money..boiling corridor, dog shitting on the roof, broken shower tap, broken curtains, 1 toilet roll for 2 nights for 3 peoples, no top up in between, breakfast not good, however breakfast serving lady was quite impressive and lovely.

Nice, does the job for a short stay near lovely coastal towns, accessible by train, bring earplugs!
Pros:

Room was clean and comfy, quite spacious. As described in other comments this is an old building and it's not really noise insulated but the staff did place me in the quietest room available per my request. As advertised, there was music in the pub downstairs until midnight on a Friday night, but it stopped promptly at midnight. I just watched TV with headphones until then! Overall nice stay, and cooked breakfast was quite nice :)

Cons:

No facilities other than the rooms, but they are quite spacious and with kettle and tea so I had what I needed in the room. Not noise insulated.

A comfortable night stay
Pros:

Lots of parking. Very friendly staff. Large room. The bed was comfortable. Nice big bath either a separate shower. Large choice for evening meal. Quiet room overlooking the car park.

Cons:

We had an upgrade, to the “honeymoon” suite. Would have been disappointed if we’d have paid full price for this room as the furniture is very dated.

Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait pour parcourir le bout des Cornouailles.
Le personnel est vraiment adorable, plein de bons conseils.
Le petit déjeuner est top, le parking inclus aussi.
L'hôtel a une décoration vraiment chouette, c'est tout ce à quoi je m'attendais en me baladant en Angleterre...
J'ai été ravie du séjour !

Cons:

Apparently every Saturday night they have a DJ playing until midnight!
Our room was right over the main street so at times we couldn't hear ourselves talk over the motorbikes and busses, with thudding music below.
TV is tiny and far away, and has no streaming, but you wouldn't have heard it anyway.
Shower was lukewarm and a dribble
Hairdryer in reception
Bed frame was incredibly creaky- even more noise🤣
Side of the bath about to fall off
Wknd breakfast not until 8 which was a bit of a rush as we had to be at the venue for 9
No coffee in room, tiny cups but tea was great.
It's all little stuff but cumulatively and we had a terrible night's sleep, and given we only needed a bed for the night in between competitions that's what's well remember!
May work for others who want a central location lol

Cons:

Having to pay an extra tenner for the dog to stay when he's very well behaved and trained, , it wasn't mentioned in the booking process online ,when I booked and paid ,, so got charged the tenner when I arrived, which I wasn't best pleased about, . Nor the single bed , the room is fairly big , surely it would fit a small double bed , than a single , , I felt like I was a child again , scared to roll over and end up on the floor , .

OK for one night
Pros:

Really liked the size of the suite.

Cons:

Breakfast was OK, but was spoilt by the waitress banging around the whole time. She started to remove all food, juices, cereals etc. from the buffet at 09.15, despite breakfast advertised until 09.30. By 09.25 everything had been removed so we too, felt obliged to leave.
