Great old hotel with plenty of parking. Staff very helpful.

Very adequate for my needs suited my budget. Excellent friendly staff

Cons:

There was a lot more f noise outside from Wetherspoons and a lively bar. This was made clear in the advertising and booking. The route down from the station and along the shopping street felt safe but it was pretty rundown. However walking around the area was better. It was very obvious that it had been a very wealthy industrial town in the not too distant past. Hopefully the High Street area can repurpose

Staff molto cordiale, ristorante molto attento alle esigenze dei celiaci.

Cons:

l letti matrimoniali, che oltre ad essere alla francese, quindi molto stretti, come purtroppo nella maggior parte degli alloggi di questo tipo in UK, erano anche poco comodi e estremamente rumorosi ad ogni minimo movimento.
Lo segnalo, perché eravamo un gruppo con 6 doppie, e tutti abbiamo avuto questo problema.
Niente di drammatico, ma seccante.

Rooms need upgrading with attention to detail.
Pros:

The room was large and the bathroom was very modern and new. The breakfast was ok but limited.

Cons:

The hotel was in the centre of town and with a room at the front it was noisy till 2am! with people outside on a Tuesday night. The wooden headboard on the bed was so loose that it banged on the wall every time you moved and I had to stuff towels behind it. The room needs upgrading to match the bathroom. The small coffee table leg was hanging off too. Expensive for the condition of the room.

L'hotel si trova al centro del paese, sopra un pub, e nella vicinanza ci sono alcuni ristoranti e altri pub raggiungibili a piedi, per altri servizi e necessario l'auto o prendere il bus

Cons:

Letto scomodo, eravano due divani avvicinati in modo da formare un letto da una piazza e mezzo.
