Fab facilities & a comfortable stay.
The breakfast was beautiful.
Room was clean tidy and comfortable
Evening meal in the Coach House was disappointing. Starter was cold, Main was over priced for what it was and the meat was not the tenderest
I was upgraded to the honeoon suite.
Disappointed that the pool and spa facilities were closed
Food was excellent
We got woke before 8am by builders
We had a fabulous room (137). The room was very comfortable. Also, the staff in this hotel are exceptional.
Kids meals in The Coach House were too expensive.
It has changed big time,we really did not enjoy it at all
Food in restaurant awful, whole hotel has got grubby. Breakfast was dreadful. So disappointing. Used to be a fabulous place to stay
Child friendly, playpark was great, so much to do!
Alarms went off, fault in the gym apparently, causing our autistic child to have a panic attack, staff were helpful to ensure it didn’t happen again. Pool needs cleaned, but they’re doing work on it soon so makes sense.
Lots of great activities for children especially the pumpkin picking, onsite games facilities. Breakfast was excellent and overall food in both restaurants was very nice.
Few areas of the hotel are in dire need of a refresh {seating in reception etc}, hotel was busy but wait times for breakfast were mental surely better communication would help. Galgorm upgrade will help but as it stands id question the price for the hotel as it stands.
