Bon rapport qualité prix, vu le prix des hébergements à Edimbourg. Confort moyen et accueil minimaliste .
La literie. Un peu éloigné de la ville (30 min en bus). Équipement vétuste. Petit déjeuner bon testé. Tv ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre 1.
L’accueil est génial !! Le jeune homme était très gentil et souriant!
Un petit manque de propreté dans la salle de bain de notre chambre, toile d’araignée sur les plafonds, manque de pression pour l’eau de la douche et cabine de douche pas très propre
Sim, a acomodação é ótima e o atendimento é excelente, Johny é Mani são muito atenciosos e simpáticos e o café da manhã é ótimo. A distância que é um pouco longe do centro aproxima 4.km que da pra fazer perfeitamente a pé, nós testamos e não foi difícil com temperatura em -1, mas o bairro é super bem servido de transporte público, excelente qualidade e a cada 15 ou 10 minutos , enfim já estou com vontade de voltar.
Everything was clean and the room was more than enough room for one person.
Parts of the room were a bit old/falling apart
We enjoyed the privacy. The staff seemed friendly.
There was hair all over the bed including on the decorative pillows and throws.
We were tired so we just removed the hair ourselves and took a nap.
The shower was a bit tight.
The showet hardly worked, I paid for the view to the sea, and there was none…the bed mattress was pretty old or broken

We had a good stay at Ellwyn House, on Road parking was not an issue and the city centre was only 20 minutes via bus. The room itself was clean and comfortable - exactly as shown in the images. Staff were very friendly.

The location was really close to bus stop to the center. Heating was on the whole time.
Extremely old facilities. The floor when you were walking, you could feel the empty spots through the wooden floor. The mattress was tragic at least. You sit and you easily hit the wooden planks of the bed. Hot water for shower was coming through an electric thermal thing, like from the 70's, with no pressure, takes like 40 mins to find the right temperature and finish your shower. Windows really thin, you think that cars pass through the room, also wind comes through. And lastly, the whole facility smells like old cartons. In general, not worth a penny.

Bed was good and tv had everything you would want. Basic tea and coffee. Located opposite the bus stop
No way to get in contact with the hotel through number or message. You can’t show up any earlier which wasn’t specified anywhere which meant we had to wait outside the hotel in the cold until it opened at the exact check-in time. The man at the reception was constantly on the phone to his manager, looked like his first day on the job. We got sent to the wrong room and had to come out to another room. The room was cold so we had to ask for an additinal heater. The bathroom has a draft from somewhere and was always cold so has to leave the door open so it could take heat from the bedroom.

A zuhanyzóban rossz volt a víznyomás, ami volt az is főként forróvíz volt. Az ágy eléggé kifeküdt volt, de viszonylag jól lehetett benne aludni.
