Noisy, good Wi-Fi & comfortable bed, bathroom not great
Pros:

Big Room, partly newly decorated. Comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi

Cons:

Noisy. My room was across from kitchen so could hear all the bangs until very late, other side of room on a busy road. No towel racks & toilet close to wall. Hot water in shower very slow to come or just stopped in middle, had to wait many minutes for it to return.

Pros:

Due to train issues I arrived later than the check in time but they were so accommodating and let me in regardless. The room was lovely (much nicer than it seemed in the photos) and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I cant comment on the noise as I wear industrial grade earplugs.

Cons:

Not much to say here except the stairs leading up were quite slippery in the rain.

I just needed a place to stay so I could look at buying a house
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the private bathroom was superb

Cons:

The road noise and the curtains didn't block the street lights

Decent value for money and the great staff made the stay.
Pros:

Use of a full kitchen with laundry and cooking facilities. Separate entry to the pub below. Parking facilities. Good location. Decent sized rooms. Friendly and helpful staff full of local knowledge, welcoming and go out their way to help you. Felt like a regular as soon as I arrived.

Cons:

Not great sound proofing. People using the kitchen after midnight woke me up. They do provide earplugs however I only found these the morning after.
