All rooms sleep a maximum of 2 people over the age of 18 years. The property does not accommodate children or babies.

For bookings of 3 rooms or 3 nights or more, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is taken on the day of booking and a different cancellation policy will apply.

Pros:

The view is worth the hassle of paying for a cab and waiting for the bus.
Location is really remote, so neither frequent. If you don't have a car, you might be stuck there

Cons:

Very Homely to the point that the host started sounding like my mother. Don't damage my wooden floor. Don't use iron in the room, which is all may be fair on her end, but i don't need a reminder 3 times a day.

An easy and comfortable stay on Loch Ness
Pros:

We arrived late and were just in time for a meal, they provided a nice Chilli for us. They had an exceptional Whisky bar!! The room was comfortable and the bed really good. Had a good breakfast in the morning and checkout simple.

Au dessus du Lochness
Pros:

La chambre est très cosy, avec une vue fabuleuse sur le lochness.
La salle de bains est fonctionnelle.
Louise est tres dynamique.
Nous avons tres bien mangé au diner et le bar au 204 whisky est super sympa.
La situation de l établissement, en hauteur, juste à côté de l entrée pour les falls.

Cons:

Une.machine à café type nespresso dans la chambre nous a manqué.
Surtout que nous devions partir vers 7h le lendemain et que le petit déjeuner ne pouvait être servi avant 8h.

Very good stay in a great location with friendly hosts.
Pros:

Excellent and friendly staff, quiet room with a view, good dinner and breakfast.

Cons:

Signposting as it is off the main road and some cars park by the turn/signs. Rather intrusive booking system with some irrelevant "phishing" questions through freetobook.

A well appointed guest house on the quiet side of LochNess, very close to the lovely FoyersWaterfall
Pros:

Very easy to communicate with Louise, the Host. The room was impeccably clean. The view was lovely.

Cons:

Louise was so busy looking after everything that it felt like it was a bit under staffed.

Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé ! La vue des chambres, de la terrasse et du restaurant était magnifique. Les chambres étaient calmes et spacieuses avec un coin salon, très bien décorées, et les lits vraiment très confortables.
Le personnel était charmant et accueillant. Dîner et petit déjeuner excellents.

Incredibly beautiful.
Pros:

The lodge location, with a wonderful viewing platform attached to the bar, overlooking Loch Ness was breathtaking.. The local knowledge and travel advice from the owners was much appreciated providing an unforgettable trip of the highlands around Loch Ness and the route home via Loch Lomond and Edinburgh..
