The rooms are very clean and quiet. The food was good and the staff were very friendly Julie and Gail in particular.

Lovely, charming place. Top restaurant with seasonal and local products. Nice menu, not only those hamburgers and fish & chips 😉. Very good wine menu. Breakfast also top. Nice garden 🤞. We wish the new owner all succes !!

Loved this place. I was greeted on arrival by a lovely man who carried my luggage to the property. The property was lovely. Clean and well equipped. Couldn't fault a thing.
The lady who served breakfast each day was lovely. I even got soya milk for my cereal despite not ordering it in advance.
I ended up staying later than my booking as I brought the family in for Sunday lunch which was also amazing.
Will definitely be staying here again as it's only a 5 minute drive from my family in Godalming and super value for money.

This was a fairly last minute couple of nights in the area as we were travelling on to Bath from Essex.
Really liked being able to pull up right next to or within short distance and unload what we needed. Room was big spacious and shower room was well fitted. Kettle and complimentry tea, coffee, milk cartons. All washing shampoo etc provided so no faff just settle and relax. Nice peaceful setting but also only short drive to Godalming, we parked at sainsburys 3 hour parking and walked along canal. Breakfast at Pub was excellent, cooked perfectly, staff very nice. We didn't get chance to have food as were meeting someone Saturday night. Went out to the canal walk Sunday and noticed the car park was full in no time for lunch so they must be cooking great roasts. Would definitley visit again and make time to sample the food.

Lovely traditional old pub with so much character. The staff were all friendly and helpful and made time for all their customers even though it was a really busy weekend. The food was particularly good with a wide choice and lots of locals eating there. Breakfast next day was well cooked and the pub looked immaculate at 8. 30 despite a wedding to clear up after. Great find, only wish we lived closer

The pub is very old and quaint and had a very nice garden. The evening meal was excellent but a bit pricey.

Lovely, rural retreat

We are pub owners ourselves and are very fond of t British countryside pubs. The Withies Inn didn't disappoint, everything was perfect. For us it was a 10 out of 10.
