静寂を追求した特別な宿
Pros:

スコットランドの奥深い場所にあり、庭に羊や動物がいる。幹線道路から3キロぐらい入った場所にありとても静かな環境です。食事は洗練されており雰囲気も落ち着いているけど、かしこまる必要がない。ホテルまでの道の両側は羊の親子が歩いているので注意して運転してください。

Cons:

トイレの水はかなり古いものを使っているので流れにくいけど、これはこれで味がある。

Pros:

Breakfast was pretty good and location was great.

Cons:

Room very small with no views and limited toiletries. Nowhere to put things in the bathroom. Evening meal very disappointing, especially the starters, considering the price. Poor value for money

Stayed, and left. The latter felt much better than the former.
Pros:

Clean, spacious rooms. However, whilst hot beverages are available in the room, water comes from the tap!!!

Cons:

The public spaces aren't welcoming, after dinner as staff made it quite clear, effectively lights out at 10pm. Food and drinks finished much earlier, and over-priced for what we were served. The dinner menu was also very limited although staff kindly accommodated one of our friends with gluten-free requests. So don't plan to stay up late and have fun, as this is not encouraged.
