Stunning Hotel
Pros:

Staff extremely amicable, approachable and efficient. Friendly and happy to chat and get to know you. Nothing to much for them even when very busy.
Chef brilliant, and choice of food excellent.
Location is my favourite when visiting. Accessible for The Cleveland Way and Bus route 2 minutes away. Fabulous

Just fantastic
Pros:

We stayed in the Captain Quarters and the room was fantastic. Really spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The complimentary gin and tonic, biscuits and bottled water were much appreciated. The breakfast was excellent The views are stunning. Would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat and hope to be back.

Beautiful views from quaint victorian hotel.
Pros:

View on the bay was fantastic. We enjoyed seeing the tides at different times of day. Also appreciated parking! And the grassy terrace was a wonderful place to enjoy the sun and a cocktail.

Location, setting, atmosphere at the hotel. Staff in reception were very helpful. Room was lovely.

Cons:

Only small critic would be some of the less experienced staff or maybe younger staff as observed need to be more aware of people watching them and the way they convey themselves and talk about patrons in earshot.
