Ok for a night
Pros:

The low price, free parking.

Cons:

The hotel is globally a bit old and would need a refresh as some furniture and flooring have been stained over time. You can pretty much hear everything happening outside as the window doesn't have any effect on noise.

Excellent location for J&L events centre.
Pros:

Food was good, choice, quality and price, both at dinner and breakfast.
Staff were helpful and welcoming.
Room was large and bed was comfortable

Cons:

Nothing stood out .
Decor was a little tired but it’s a big hotel with lots of rooms to keep up to date.
Shower head over bath does not give best shower experience, although flow and temperature was fine.

Value for money staff were very polite
Pros:

Breakfast was good just the right amount on the plate

Cons:

Single glazed windows very noisy at times with the plains taking of and helicopter coming into land if there was double glazed windows the noise would be reduced a lot more

Bargain Budget Mystery Base.
Pros:

Just back here on a allocated Mystery Weekend with Loch Lomond Travel, our room was dated but clean & tidy. Food was adequate & some staff we're a bit laid back, but overall for what we paid it was good-value.

Exactly what I needed
Pros:

My room had a double bed and a single bed in it. The room and en-suite were both clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet which was a bonus. I slept like a log and woke at my usual time. I didnt have breakfast but the restaurant looked good and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to the main road to Aberdeen and the airport.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn’t like

Hard to find fault based on the price per person.
Pros:

We were here for one night with DBB.

Staff were all pleasant and welcoming.

Room overall was fine. Carpet a bit worn but they seem to be working there way through hotel modernising.

Bed was comfortable enough, linen clean, bathroom was fine although all dispensers of soap etc were empty.

Dinner buffet style but got fed with some choice. Food was hot enough.

Breakfast buffet style as well, you get all the basics and we had no issues with the hot plate getting restocked.
