Good Value, Warm Clean
Pros:

Rooms were clean and warm, Staff very efficient and friendly, no hassle. A bit dated but price compensated that plus they are modernising currently.

Cheap and cheerful would stay again.
Pros:

The food was really good, I’ve to been to some 4* hotels and the food wasn’t as good as it was here. The location is central to where I needed to be this is the second time this year I’ve used this hotel.

Cons:

The thing that let it down for me was the staff not all the staff looked happy to be there we had interaction with around five different members of staff and only two of them were pleasant.

Dirty top window sill , not been cleaned in years it was thick with dirt and curtains hanging off rail all broken & couldn’t close them .
