Lovely staff. Would return simply because of them.

Close to the tube. Friendly staff. Good value for money.

Cons:

I wish the doors at the lobby locked by a key card during the day as I was wandering in and out all the time and I could’ve been anyone. I know the outside one was locked at night.

Pues nada. Pedimos cambio de habitacion porque nos dieron la mas pequeña, sin ventana para dos y que apenas podiamos movernos en la habitacion y les dio igual. No nos hicieron ni el intento de cambio. Muy incomda la estancia

Pues la atencion y sobre todo las habitaciones. Nada comocdas. Pedimos cambio porque vimos otras mas grandes y con ventana y no nos dieron el cambio cuando habia habitaciones libres que vimos. Luego mucha humedad acumulada y condensacion. Cada vez que limpiaban las alfombras del pasillo entraba agua por debajo de la puerta. No son habitacion aptas para dos personas

Passable experience but great location
Pros:

Place was very clean and staff were nice and friendly.

Cons:

Not much space in the bedroom for two people. Shower in bathroom was not comfortable as it was too small.

Genial estancia
Pros:

La recepción, muy a amable el personal. Dev, y su compañero muy simpáticos. La ubicación era cercana a estación de metro y el sector tranquilo. La habitación con aire acondicionado ideal para estas fechas. Buen servicio precio calidad.
