Un olor fuertísimo a humedad, el baño pequeño no lo siguiente casi no entraba en el baño, no vinieron ningún día a limpiar y el suelo no estaba ni limpio cuando llegamos

My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The facilities are not bad, the place is clean and comfortable. However, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working.

Another issue was that our room was very small and had no windows. Since it was located downstairs, it felt quite claustrophobic, especially because there was no natural light or view outside. This made the room feel uncomfortable.

My rating is mainly based on the hotel staff. One afternoon, while I was staying at the hotel, I started feeling unwell and was alone because my friend was on a different tour. I went to reception to ask for help, but neither of the two people working there offered me any assistance. I asked if there was a doctor nearby, but they couldn’t give me any information.

What disappointed me the most was their lack of concern. I sat in the reception area for a while, and not once did they ask if I was feeling better or if I needed anything. I understand that taking care of guests’ health is not necessarily their responsibility, but I expected at least some basic kindness and concern.

The following day, nobody asked how I was feeling or whether I had recovered. They also didn’t ask us how our stay had been. Overall, the lack of care and customer service, along with the uncomfortable room, made my experience disappointing.

Quase fomos roubadas na praça perto do hotel de manhã. Ficamos com medo de pessoas que se dizem policial britânico pra abordar pessoas na praça da rua do hotel.

Camere veramente molto piccole nonostante avessi pagato per una camera più grande (non oso immaginare le altre quanto erano piccole). Doccia praticamente quasi sul wc, poco spazio vitale. Non c’era nemmeno un porta spazzolini e qualcosa per poggiare gli zaini. Ottima soluzione solo per chi ci deve solo dormire. Altro punto a sfavore è stata la difficoltá per caricare i telefoni. Pensavamo che solo il cavetto bastasse a caricare i telefoni ma in realtà non funzionano le porte usb e type c quindi consiglio di portare un adattatore.

The room would benefit from somewhere to sit to put on shoes etc as the bed is rather high to do this comfortably when seated on it. Perhaps a wall mounted foldable stool would work in the compact space.

Stanze troppo piccole per una persona, figuriamoci per due.

Ho chiesto più volte di avere il sapone in camera per fare la doccia, inutilmente visto che mi dicevano sempre il giorno dopo. Per due giorni non abbiamo potuto lavarci in maniera decente e poi il soggiorno è finito.

La pulizia della stanza deve essere richiesta, cosa che non ho mai visto da nessun altra parte.

L’hotel per via della stanza presenta un bagno minuscolo dove per muoversi e usufruirne è veramente difficile.
