Great value for money for an overnight stay. Clean and comfortable, helpful and friendly staff during open hours Good breakfast (costs extra). It's not a 5 star luxury spa, but it doesn't pretend to be. I'd happily stay there again.

There was nothing I did not like but small touches to enhance the stay, a couple bottles of water in the room, or a couple of biscuits to go with the tea coffee.

The staff was really really friendly, the breakfast was nice and the restaurant is amazing. It is also very vegan friendly and even offers a vegan version of the classic scottish breakfast that was really nice. The room was also really nice and clean. And the bar that is connected to the hotel is a good place to spend the evening.
