Beautiful stay here
Pros:

Lovely location very clean beautiful rooms. Room was much bigger than I expected it to be would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. Not far from the beach close to shops

Pros:

I liked the room so clean and big and the welcome was great too.

Cons:

I didnot like the stairs was so horrible especially with someone have a big suit bag 🎒, and the noise 😑 from downstairs restaurant was awful

Great place
Pros:

Nice quiet place to stay, none of the rooms seem connected so no issues with noise.
It was nice and clean and in a good location.
Not far to walk to gunwharf quays and also to the main bars.
Nice bar downstairs with food

Cons:

Later checkout like 11am instead of 10.30 and no option to check in earlier and leave bags

Bedroom 5 has a very cold bathroom - not suitable for a winter trip
Pros:

Location.
Comfortable bed.
Clean.
Large good quality towels.

Cons:

Bathroom was freezing cold, especially the floor. The small towel rail was not sufficient to warm the room, even though we turned it on every two hours. An icy blast came in through the air extraction. Heating in the bedroom was one small radiator under the window which went off at midnight. The weather wasn’t even that cold and I piled my clothes on top of the duvet.
Chose this room for a bigger sink but no plug in the sink to run water for shaving :(
Both mugs were chipped and one of the drawers of the bedside cupboard was falling apart.
We will definitely not be back.

Good stay in rooms for a few nights
Pros:

Good location, bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. It was warm and had no issues with the hot water. 24hr ease of access (if you can do stairs).

Cons:

No flexibility with check in or out times. No one comes in to top up toilet roll, tea or coffee during the stay. So not ideal for more than a few nights. Also no hand soap for the sink in the bathroom so had to use shower gel when washing hands.

Great location and spotlessly clean.
Pros:

Large room with excellent bathroom facilities and a large comfortable bed, in a great location

Cons:

Initial room had a problem with a bedside lamp and a radiator that would not turn off. However, the host quickly switched us to an alternative room, hence sorting the issues promptly.

Would have liked a few more tea bags and milk.

Cold, a bit dirty and poor communication - but great location and not too expensive
Pros:

Good location, not too pricey.

Cons:

Heating didn’t work and it was freezing - could see our breath, raised to staff on three separate occasions with promises to do something about it but nothing done
