Stunning.
Great welcome. Buzzing space. Place with a lot of character. Excellent service
Not really suitable for families with small children. There was nothing missing in fact they went out of the way in terms of the room. But I didn’t know it would feel almost inappropriate to have kids at meals where serious business conversations were being had and no other children seen. Consequently we didn’t get to enjoy much of the facilities coz we felt awkward ourselves. But I’ll definitely be back for a business trip!

Staff were a bit unprofessional at times. Receptionist complaining about how busy it was.
Our bags were supposed to be delivered to our room but they did not arrive ander had to chase them up.

Unique place to stay. Wonderful decor and a whole range of areas to chill, eat and dine. Drawing rooms overlooking Portman Square with sun streaming in when we arrived. Great food and service in the garden marquee restaurant. Complimentary glass of champagne when we checked in. Lovely room- quirky decor but very comfortable. We will be back.

Sadly, no one remembered to take our breakfast card from our door during the evening so we woke to having no breakfast which was quite disappointing. Also, was a bit confusing finding it as there was no name sign anywhere outside so we just guessed

Actually it is a real private membership club too. For people who is looking for a bit more modern London, may think twice to book.
