Pleasant environment but tiring. We will be more cautious booking accommodation on Saturday nights.
Pros:

The staff were generally excellent. Receptionist Claire, went to a lot of trouble to make sure we were happy to stay despite having discovered our allocated room would be disturbed by music from a wedding disco in an adjacent space. Unfortunately, no quieter room was available so she even made enquiries of other local hotels which turned out to be too expensive at such short notice! We decided to stay.
The hotel was clean and pleasant.
The room itself was fine though the proximity to the loud music undeniable.
The breakfast was very good with polite and attentative service.

Cons:

Proximity to loud music from the wedding until midnight was less of a problem than disturbance all night from wedding guests staying in the adjacent rooms - crying children, shouting parents, slamming doors.
Although management cannot be blamed for the behaviour of guests, it would have been considerate to allocate rooms to visitors who were not part of the wedding party as far away as possible from the action - rather than in the midst of it!
The wedding event meant some facilities were not available to other guests.

The Hotel is a really nice homely hotel, the space is great, staff are really friendly & hospitable
Pros:

Breakfast include - that was really good.
I loved the window shutters
loved the conservatory
loved the decoration on flowers all over the hotel.
Very clean
friendliness and hospitality from staff
The water power from the shower was amazing.

Cons:

No towel rails
That it was fully booked for a wedding and could not stay longer

Very welcoming, comfortable beds, lovely breakfast. Spotlessly clean.
Pros:

Very friendly, helpful and clean.

Cons:

Some more plug sockets especially near the beds or charging points as there were only two and to use one of them was behind the tv where the kettle plugged in.

Pros:

On working days breakfast needs to start at 6.30am. Cobwebs in the bedroom, carpet a little grubby, no bedside light.

Would stay here again
Pros:

Easy to find hotel with good parking facilities. Room was well presented with towels on bed and enough seats. Tv on wall and desk to use. Plenty of lighting in room including table lamps. Breakfast was lovely and included in price. Hospitality staff very friendly and polite.

Cons:

When arriving at hotel no one was at the desk. Granted a wedding reception was taking place so appreciate busier than normal but phone on desk said call number if no one is in attendance. We assumed this meant they would be carrying some sort of mobile on them but 3 attempts later no one answered. I had to disturb one of the wedding party to find out if anyone was actually working. He said they were through a room. Upon asking was completing ignored but the waiter clearing glasses and when stepping out of his way no thank you. Lady who greeted was very hostile to begin with but eventually must have realised and became friendlier.
