Lovely place, great location and friendly staff
Pros:

Booked at the 3:30, arrived at 4:30, staff were friendly and welcoming. Lovely place in a gorgeous villlage. I had a classic double room which was just fine for me. The shower was amazing, perfect after a day in the hills! Would definitely return.

Fantastic short break. Hidden gem
Pros:

Staff made us feel so welcome. Breakfast and steak pie were top drawer. Such a beautiful part of the world.

Pros:

Views were amazing over Coledale and Braithwaite. Very comfortable Inn, warm and cosy bar. Staff were friendly and helpful

Great staff, lovely views, will be back!
Pros:

Staff welcoming and accommodating; especially with us arriving just as food was being stopped serving for the night and they allowed us to order anyway.
Everywhere was clean and tidy, lovely vibe- will definitely be staying again.

Cons:

My partner struggled using the shower due to it being quite tight and the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable; maybe would be better with a mattress topper?
