Excellent value. I've paid more for a lot worse
Pros:

Comfortable hotel. Good value. Included cooked breakfast. Staff very nice to deal with.

Cons:

Minor quibble but bed a little small. I'm 6'2" so it's not unusual .

Very good, I would certainly use the Hogs Head again.
Pros:

The staff were all excellent, the food was very good and the room was well appointed, clean and loaded with towels. The hotel is a bit tucked away, but in no way does this detract from the good service offered here.

If you like a “pub with rooms” this is perfect.
Pros:

Ideal location not far off the M1 but surprisingly quiet. Cracking pub with rooms above. Food and staff were great, made to feel at home, which is what you want when travelling alone for work.

Pros:

Staff were friendly it was nice and warm room and the dinner and breakfast was excellent plenty to choose from

Cons:

Room was a bit small and sliding door for the bathroom isn't ideal in my opinion the property need to have a better sign at the bottom of the road as the entrance down a single track road it looks like a dead end

A way out friendly hotel with smiling staff that made our stay welcomed with great hospitality.
Pros:

Location great, comfy bed, peaceful, clean, Staff very supportive, food was excellent especially the full breakfast and evening Meals. Nothing less than excellent with Lorraine and her tentative staff.

Cons:

Not having 20p for the carp!!!
