I have written a complaint to mo avail i refused to stay here it was absolutely disgusting and I had seemed for compensation as in momey back as I didnt stay I have photos of how shocking this property was and I would love to hear back about receiving my money back for this stay
I didn’t like anything about the property
What I didn’t like was how dirty it was and on heating in any room was warm outside the room was dirty it didn’t look like they changed the beds had fag burns and stains all over no tv no kettle in the room like it says on booking.com the room smells window dint close the bathroom and toilet was shocking door handles broken the person that book us in smell like he been sat in back room of the hotel smoking weed coz wen he open the door it stunk of it and didn’t seem bothered one bit even wen we ask about heating just said boil was broke and it’s a big fire hazard coz none of the doors are fire doors wall are painted white but they not coz there marks all over them I only lasted one night and end up find somewhere els on Tuesday night coz it was that bad

When I got into the bedroom, I thought no way I’ve booked another hotel and left
Firstly the room was cold the bed sheet had butt holes the pillow cases were dirty, the towel was dirty but folded neatly on the bed, I had to sleep in my clothes, never go there

There was heroin needles and crack pipes in the bedside drawer along with other smoking and drug paraphernalia

The staff told us where to go from the start we came in
The was loud banging like screaming at 4am till 6am. Kept us awake like people was smashing there room up and again at 9am it was awful the bed wasn’t fresh stains and on the window was a dead bee and flies lamp had no bulb in it it was freezing
This property is not as advertised anyone booking here please please do a local news search this will answer your questions I would not be allowed to post this so do research. The place is filthy I did not stay and did not get refund from booking.com rather the opposite I will stop using booking.com as they don't do due process of properties.
