On the whole it was clean and warm but could do with the things stated above to make it bette also prove quite high for
Pros:

Location great for a walk into Forres for evening meal .
Shower was very good high pressure
Heating was good also

Cons:

The accommodation was clean and bathroom looked like not long been refurbed but no shelves or furniture to put toiletries or shampoo and bits .
Wi-Fi did not work at all but only there for one night so ok .
Not enough tea and coffee bits only one milk each and a couple or teabags
Outside was by looks of it still ongoing and just needs finishing off

Not great
Pros:

Ok for night

Cons:

No reception. It was a bar with one staff member. Had to wait ages as was serving customers drinks. Reminded me of huts as extension to pub at back. The carpet was stained and the floor seemed to sink in places. The shower wasnt great. Door straight on to car park difficult to lock and old.

Pros:

We did want breakfast and the check in girl said it was at 8.30 but the diningroom as locked up at 8.30 so we went ot costa in forres for breakfast

We were made very welcome on our arrival, the room and food were excellent.
Pros:

The staff were all excellent and I liked the room being tucked away in a quiet area. We arrived by bicycle and the bikes were kept secure overnight. The food was very nice.

A great stay in Forres
Pros:

Good people and great service. We were welcomed with a smile, shown to our room, and invited to dine in the restaurant. It was just brilliant.
