Alles, Wij hadden een kamer op de bovenste verdieping. Bedden waren slecht, badkamer was erg gedateerd. Tot overmaat van ramp was de volgende ochtend het toilet verstopt. En het water kwam van alle kanten in de badkamer en kon er dus niet gedoucht worden. Direct gemeld, maar we moesten vroeg weg, Ontbijt kon trouwens pas vanaf 8:30, is erg laat. Het hotel was net overgegaan naar nieuw management, er valt dus nog veel te verbeteren.
I have stayed here once before because of the location. This time I was on the 2nd Floor, in a Twin Room. The new owner was most helpful. The room was lovely and quiet. Plenty of storage room which some properties do not have. I do not eat breakfast so I only went to my room.
My bed I am afraid was uncomfortable., so I did not sleep well. I have hip replacements so I require a softer bed.

Well located for our needs. Very central and good access to attractions in the area.
We arrived at 15.10, check in is from 15.00. Our room was not ready until around 16.20. We were left waiting in the reception with no real apology, or estimate of time until the room would be ready. We think that they had been full the night before and only had one cleaner. We understand things can happen and it's a small establishment, but communication and perhaps even a small gesture like an offer of a cup of tea or coffee whilst we waited and an update on how long it would be would have gone a long way. When we got the room key, again, no apology for the long wait.
A spacious room, fantastic staff, very clean, good facilities, comfortable bed, great location.

The owners were very welcoming
The bed was so uncomfortable that a nights sleep was impossible, and the pillows needed replacing. In the bathroom, the water pressure in the shower was nonexistent, and there was no soap in the soap dispenser. The plug in the sink didn't work, so we couldn't run a sink of hot water. This was sold as a deluxe king. Unfortunately, there was nothing deluxe about it.
Perfect for a short stay for 3 of us, plenty of room, friendly helpful staff! Room well equipped with nicely arranged towels and hot drinks and biscuits.

I needed good internet access and a quite area for an important meeting. The owners and staff could not have been more helpful. I was even brought a cup of coffee during my meeting. Really helpful people!
