Breakfast was fine. Had to wait for hot buffet to be replenished as it was practically empty
Booked a twin room for my brother and myself, we were given a double room. Too tired to get it changed so had to share the bed. Had to go to the restaurant to ask for teabags in the morning. 6 sachets of coffee 1 teabag and neither of us drink coffee.
Easy, comfy, friendly staff
everything ok enjoyed the stay
would be ideal with a mini fridge in the room
Bed was a little lumpy
Modern, clean, comfortable and walking distance to the shops
Nothing
The reception, bar, and housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful, going above and beyond our expectations
The remote control did not have access to sub titles for my hard of hearing partner to use. Thankfully a member of the team spent the time to locate a Phillips TV control unit to allow us to use the TV during our stay
We have stayed here before and it was a good location for our needs. Price was decent too.
We were given a disabled access room without requesting or being given an option of that. The bathroom was obviously kitted out to accommodate a disabled person’s needs and due to the access required there was no place to put toiletries or a proper shower unit.
Decided to have breakfast before we left the next day as we were both going straight out from our journey home. There was only half the advertised food out for the “full breakfast” yet we were still charged full price. What was left looked tired and well past its best. No milk out, no cutlery out and when we asked about them we were met with a grunt from a staff member who it would appear would rather have been anywhere else in the world rather than serving breakfast to us.
Not a great experience and don’t think we’d stay again.
Accessible to every where , clean, lovely staff
Poor quality of continental breakfast and hot items of breakfast . No yoghart or mixed fruits or granola
